27/11/2020 21:13 | I just believe that anything is possible in life and even though i have more chance of getting hit by debris from a falling satellite (trillions to one), its still a chance. Regarding Whet Strike off. I emailed Companies House to object and also email the The Insolvency Service to enquire how there investigation was proceeding. There replay was that the case has been closed and no further action is going to be taken. So without that ongoing case, this time around Companies House can not stop it | tnmrl2
26/11/2020 11:40 | tnmrl2, thanks, yes, I've looked into this and it would appear to be the appropriate option where WRN shares are concerned for CGT purposes. Regarding waiting for an outcome involving shareholders getting their money back, personally speaking, I reckon there's probably more chance of Trump staying in office, the UK getting 10 feet of snow on Xmas day, and Fulham winning the premier league. That being said, I'm sure there are a few of us on here who would love to hear your rationale for thinking such a thing might still be possible. Over to you.... | sankaku atama
26/11/2020 09:11 | First Gazette compulsory strike off notice for Whetstone, although this often happens before the directors decide to pull their fingers out. | roydyor
25/11/2020 14:51 | sankaku atama, you can not use the loss for CGT but you can Negligible value claims which you can use for GCT. Type guidance/negligible- Personally i would wait until liquidation has finished, as you never no. A miracle could happen and money is returned to shareholders O - ))) | tnmrl2 |
