Anyone know whether WRN shares in their suspended state can be officially included as a capital loss for CGT purposes, or do we have to wait for the outcome of the FCA enquiry before they can be crystalised?

Indeed. Those of us who looked at the accounts on CH could see it was a complete dog from day 1 and it is still a complete dog now. What is not clear is what WHET managed to sell it's investment in the dog for and when. However it is crystal clear that any money arising from that sale will never reach the pockets of ordinary shareholders.

I can find no record of Whetstone Capital in either of the last 2 Rapid Nutrition confirmation statements. So whilst Stockopdeia's scoring system has probably called that company spot on - not hard, as we all came to the same conclusion when the investment in RAP was first announced, it would seem to be entirely off topic now.
