Online limits have closed down on the buy side all of a sudden, a premium being asked for just £2k of shares currently.

Bodes well.

The market makers are playing a careful game IMO, flushing out sellers to secure cheap stock then they will let it rip higher, news cannot be far away and my bet is it will be good.

Not much stock around early doors, a premium being asked for modest size, shares have taken a breather now look ready to move up again, expect to see a run to .75p-.85p range near term.

Some did with the usual wide spread when it hit 0.23 low. Buying around 0.3 ish - stayed a while and could buy copious amounts around 0.38 to 0.40 before the pump up - so decent profit for a short term trade certainly. Now MM moving it down and not allowing large sales without NT or at all it seems... AIM market as majority of peeps know. Interesting to follow - from Obtala days myself...

Just sell on the spike, its as good as it gets. They can post as much eps increase as they can but the only benefit will be a short term spike. Its all smoke, mirrors and corrupt directors!

Slightly worryingly I just tried a dummy sell for 1m with HL and couldn't get a price, same result with 100k, 10k, but accepted 1k (so system working).

Looking back at the RNS it says;

"Sydbank has verbally indicated that they would be open to working with the Company to at least the end of May to allow the development of a plan to refinance the balance.

The Company was shocked to receive this unexpected notice of termination and has reserved its rights on the basis of the termination and the validity of the termination notice."

Three things strike me. First, Woodbois reserve legal rights to challenge the validity of the termination and notice from Sydbank. Secondly, the time for resolution is not the end of May but rather at least the end of May and thirdly it seems to me to be possible that, if a new financing arrangement is required (it may not be if Sydbank failed to act validly) that Sydbank could still be the provider of that new arrangement should both parties agree to new terms.

If Woodbois can point to evidence of improved sales at the beginning of this quarter (they anticipate a better financial year overall) that would help their cause.

Those who received the newsletter on 10 May will have seen the following points, the first of which suggests that perhaps the verbal agreement on the carbon credits project may have been signed;

" Woodbois has been awarded a long term land lease for a voluntary carbon credit large-scale afforestation project by the Gabonese government. The company intends to plant up to 50 million trees over the next 40 years and would be delighted to partner with customers and suppliers in this ambitious project.

Following a successful visit to the IWPA Wood Convention in Savannah, Georgia; orders for sawn timber have been received from new US customers.

Woodbois has started shipping FSC certified plywood to Europe.

The Ministry of Forestry in Gabon has signed a contract with CSM Tech, a software and IT consulting company about digitalising and monitoring end-to-end administrative and technical activities of forest and commercial operations, to ensure environmental sustainability. The Ministry of environment organised a 3 days seminar to train Agents, Partners and Economic Operators in the management of the digital tool."

They are flushing out the circa .60p sellers then then another move up, the chart has no resistance to 1p and even them very little to 1.2p

The good news here is the RSI is still only 30 which remains in oversold territory, there is a lot of room for upside therefore.

Getting harder to buy any real size also, a very good sign.
