"Period end working capital(1) of $10.4m of which inventory was $2.6m "
So $7.8m was debtors and cash less creditors...

Clearly looks like they have far too long debtor days , possible bad debts?

It is possible to run a manufacturing business with negative working capital - this is clearly nowhere near.

A sale and leaseback often spells the end - remember MFI anyone ?

To repay short term expensive debt - with long term expensive debt ?
What's the betting on what cash they realise from a sale and leaseback ? And what unnamed party gets their hands on it with massive finance costs and "arrangement fees" ?

Not read all the announcement yet but when a company talks of reducing Sales because of

"and working capital constraints "

you know they are bleeding cash....

Some large trades today showing as buys. If they are buys and it is all the same buyer then the buyer may appear in the big shareholders list soon.

Unless it is more selling down?

The chart suggests the bottom is a long way off...It's been saying that for a while.
For a less catastrophic investment you might look at JNEO or BIRD.
