19/3/2012 10:16 | I notice that Costas has a web feedback page. My latest entry : "At the Reading services on Sunday, the Costas counter was taking the money for the food. It took them so long to get around to taking my money from me my breakfast had gone cold before I got to a table. There was no cutlery available - and all this despite the fact I wasn't ording any dishwater (sorry, coffee). I already take my own flask, it looks like I'll soon have to take my own food - or find a Garden Centre, where you can still get a good service at a reasonable price." | gbb483
14/3/2012 09:28 | The guy who just opened his second costa in our town six months ago has just got a loan from the bank to open two more costa's. It would appear that other franchisers are also expanding. This part of the business seems to be performing well and as mentioned i think the hotels will benefit from the olympics etc. Should be a good year for whitbread. | bestbuddy
