Absolute tripe ?Off to Spoons lolHave a good weekend ?The company continues to be concerned about the possibility of further lockdowns and about the efficacy of the government enquiry into the pandemic, which will not be concluded for several years.

Spread bets and CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 69% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading spread bets and CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how spread bets and CFDs work, and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

I think the spreadbetters get knocked out - holders will prevail

My limit buy was triggered. It did not surprise me to see the price action first thing. Volume seems normal... ish so looks like the MM's / Bots taking advantage of PI's. The dust will settle once the figures are digested and analysts read the 'tea leaves'.... Still think that JDW might start to buy a few more this next period, they just seem have a lot of cash to hand.

I think that the mention of lockdown is simply a warning to whichever party gains power in the election. Probably overdone and it would have been better to have just stated the bit about Sweden having less deaths with no lockdown. It might have been better to focus on the likely benefit of the three anticipated interest rate cuts going forwards.

I agree... lots of surplus cash being generated as they have stated debt will be flat this year. More buybacks perhaps. JDW statements are I find a tad obtuse but on balance look good. The share price will do what it will do and anything sub £7.50 I am 'filling my boots'.... though on saying that over £8 seems sensible at this juncture. Happy to hold as all the metrics in my book look good going forward (Tim does hark on about another lockdown.... me I reckon we are past that given the state of the UK PLC.)
