Yeah I agree with him there is no second wave, it's questionable as to whether there was even a first wave. Most of the deaths were miscategorised as covid deaths and were more likely attributable to lack of treatments for other ailments anyway.

All Andy Burnham wanted was more money, what he should have been doing was questioning the whole idea of lockdowns.

As far as I'm concerned it's all just hush money and this was a way of getting the public to comply with the Government stripping so many of our rights away from us by handing out wheelbarrows full of cash. People need to be hit hard, may focus the mind a little with regards to what's actually going on.

Maybe that's why they comply .Burnham was correct .When a Swede loses their job, they can claim up to $101 per day for the first 100 days, which only drops by 10 percent for the next 100 days. Although this has nothing to do with the pandemic directly, it does mean that citizens may be more willing to stay at home and lose out on work if they are told to isolate after coming into contact with the virus.

I've listened, watched and read hundreds of hours of Covid 19 stuff since it all kicked off at the beginning of the year from absolutely loads of different outlets.

I don't see myself as an expert by any stretch of the imagination but I think I got a pretty reasonable handle on it.

Yeah I'm not sure you've given that podcast enough time to be honest but some just want to believe the official line for some reason even though none of it makes any sense, each to their own I suppose.

People need to question the official narrative is the very least I'd say.

I've listened to him enough .I minute in he says there will be no 2nd wave .Tell that to the 300 that died yesterday and will die everyday for weeks .What are they dieing from then .Its funny a lot of these was arguing for brexit .God help us with that in January lol

Oh and Swedens 'death' and 'case' rates per million are both lower than ours and they had no lockdowns and very few restrictions. How do you account for that? Such an inconvenient truth that isn't it.

What a lovely country to deny people oxygen. In order to be admitted for hospital care, patients needed to have breathing problems and even then, many were reportedly denied care. Regional healthcare managers in each of Sweden's 21 regions, who are responsible for care at hospitals as well as implementing Public Health Agency guidelines, have claimed that no patients were denied care during the pandemic. But internal local government documents from April from some of Sweden's regions-including those covering the biggest cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö-also show directives for how some patients including those receiving home care, those living at nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and those with special needs could not receive oxygen or hospitalization in some situations.

Its actually because your govt has let it get out of hand again and not had the lockdown they said should happen weeks ago .Now there's thousands with it and it can't be controlled. You now have weeks and months of this instead of it being contained.It wasn't very hard to predict what would happen as in march .They just ain't that bright over here get the south Koreans running the show and pay them a fortune to help .

I've realised half the country is actually insane reading these posts .OK there is no virus and this govt is doing this all for nothing .The nurses are having fun going to work .What a disgusting post .Some sound like that nutter piers corbyn. Can anyone tell me what these European govts are achieving by them acting hysterical as you state .What is the purpose, if just one of them did as you say and did nothing they would be doing rather well now compared to the others .And dont give me Sweden again they ain't doing that great .

Sorry guys and I know it's the JDW share thread but just for those who are maybe needing a bit of perspective/balance regarding this covid thing there is an alternative view to the Government/Media version and it's a very compelling one.
