Indeed. The free float is tiny.Shares in Issue 393,338,310Free Float 105.3m (26.8%).Solid buying last few weeks is swallowing them up.

Another strong day! Steady interest ahead of next week ....some taking profits but still ends up 8 per cent. Going to just explode one day with so little stock. Remember...majority owned by a billionaire who does not want dilution. No placings for years here.

If it gets above 4p could really start moving fast. There’s been a lot of chunky buying last couple of weeks below here.. so stocks is probably thin on the ground going by free float

and predators will be looking at companies who already have a foothold in California, ahead of a referendum. Given the tiny market cap, this is pin money for one of the big players.

Now just one week to the license renewal and news due this month re the ballot referendum signatures. Not forgetting the Finals which stated:-

"Management & Executive highest priority is now to assess strategic opportunities in the USA & particularly in California. This includes potential software deals or even potential mergers or acquisitions. At present the BOD expects to announce more progress in early 2019"

Yes and easy to sell. I reckon this is quickly headed to 4p plus...not dear. I reckon a few informal take over approach’s have been made to test the water. California licences look so good...
