I don't see them being taken out by one of the 'big boys' any time soon. The likes of L'oreal play in a completely different playground. It would be like B&M being bought out by Waitrose.

Anything decent is being mopped up by the US, such is the disparity in valuations.

Does being taken out by one of "the big boys" jive with the strategies, and price points, of said big boys?
Only reason I could see that work would be they get taken out and then eliminated as competition. Can't see the strategic sense but who knows, I'm usually wrong.

A lot of folks said the same of Fevertree... never happened 'tho.

That being said, what is the end game for the directors? They're doing a brilliant job and deserve to be well rewarded for building such a successful company.
As institutions get more interested, they may unload more shares though that involves considerable tax planning.
It's easy to get growth when you load up on debt, but doing this purely with profits is a much harder task.

Who knows what W7l think to a takeover - as always it would come down to the price but they are flying high right now so why do it now when in a years time they may get an offer in multiples of what they are offered now...

Oops, maybe I'm emotionally attached to them :-)
