Imastu, I agree with you. It's good to know that he still has his full holding and I guess he knows more about the company than us pi's.

I would have expected more buying in the run up to the results.

If anything, it just confirms that he is not 'the seller' - assumimg there ever was one...

Volex plc (the "Company")

Holdings in Company

Volex plc, the global provider of electrical, digital and optical connections, announces that NR Investments Limited, under the name of Chase Nominees, transferred 14,855,000 ordinary shares of the Company, par value GBP0.25 ("Ordinary Shares") to NR Holdings Limited on 3 April 2013. NR Investments Limited no longer has a disclosable interest in the Company. The Company was advised of this transfer on 15 May 2013.

NR Holdings Limited, under the name of Chase Nominees Limited, now holds 14,855,000 Ordinary Shares, amounting to 23.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The seller has done you a favour. If the directors had bough twhen there wasn't stock about you'd have seen these fly before getting a decent slug at this level imo.

When the seller clears and these start to tick up the buyers will pile in when there's no stock about - only one way for it to go then imo.

Buyt and wait for the reward imo.

Some good breakouts and continuations in the past few days, HFD, LAM, ETI, CIU (nice surge today) TCG still uptrending. Have a feeling VLX due for some attention soon.

Based on forecast earnings for 2013 and 14 there is a rolling yield of 3.81%, rolling 2 year p/e of 9.16 and a rolling PEG of 0.15.

No point going over it all again - read a few of the posts towards the end of the old thread for the rationale.

Basically don't take one year's trough as being representative of the ongoing profitability, as you also wouldn't take last year's actuals as being indicative either.
