Volex Plc (LON: VLX)'s stock had its "buy" rating reiterated by equities research analysts at Jefferies Group in a research note issued to investors on Tuesday, AnalystRatingsNetwork.com reports. They currently have a GBX 130 ($1.97) target price on the stock.

I'm happy with those results and the change at the top. Should see the share price make a good recovery from here.

Why would Nat take a fairly low ball offer whilst the share is depressed? I think he\'d give the new CEO a couple of years to rebuild the company and get the share much higher, then maybe sell at a better valuation. Unless he\'s in a hurry for some cash what\'s the rush?

With a new CEO coming in there is always the risk he will find more to be kitchen sinked.

I'm here for the recovery which I can easily see forthcoming. Management look like they're back in control.

However, I think Snatander's scenario is a highly likely one.

If the share price remains at these levels, I'd expect a bid (/bids) to emerge in the near term ... I believe circa 200p would not be surprising.

Agree, with general comments here.

Looks very much in-line and pretty happy with the directors honesty and recognition of what they need to do.

Divi maintained clearly conveys managements confidence going forward imo.

With the share price having fallen from 350p to 90's this looking like thhe time to get back in here.

AIMHO.

Bingo, yes it is....the management seem very proactive and have admitted their mistakes regarding the last year... however, I am demanding and want to see the future clearly. ..lol there have been two months of the year completed and are maintaining the dividend, so I cannot complain too much...:-)

Yes but nothing definative about progress made in the new year. Also, they are offering a script dividend... not sure how to interpret that (it is optional).

My opinion the bad news is already in the price and also company has already given guidance on t/o and profit, in last trding update. So the ones that wanted to jump have already jumped!

Directors recently bought £160k of stock at price of 97p so they would be really stupid to do that if they didn't have a rabbit they're going to pull out of the hat on Tuesday.

The company has also mentioned a new major global customer, so hopefully they will give more information on this with the results.

My best guess for Tuesday is minimum price of 88p if outlook is not so rosey but maximum price of 120p if they can prove the company can and will reduce costs.

I'm long here and happy to be holding.

Last trading day tomorrow before the results on Tuesday. Let's hope they will give a positive outlook which sends the share price rocketing.

I've only ever bought a maximum in any one go of 7,000, as I wanted a decent price. Mind you I have bought some 25 separate times...

I think you can get that sort of quantity for a lot less than that quoted price, but you need a decent broker (and pay for it) - it looks like a snap quote (to deter you form that sort of quantity) from an execution only broker.

If you really want that many, just buy them in a few purchases over a couple of days.

But encouraging, nonetheless - suggests ready to move.
