The move to Optics will/will not prove to be a good one 2014 should decide

Meantime money is being spent to change direction with a sales force that presumably knows sweet FA about optical connectors

I can't see any improvement other than reduced headcount ... I thus think further losses are likely

encouraging to see more director buying. nothing is guaranteed in todays markets but one thing is for sure tis always better to see the bod buying than selling !

Quite a trend of director purchases in recent months though. Got to be saying something imo.

I think they have done a pretty good job of getting the bad news into the open. Recovery won't be immediate, but they know what's wrong and have already taken steps to fix it. See recent webcast.

on another optimistic front, there are currently only 14k available to buy online @ 100.6, compared to 50k available to sell @ 99.6, so price has firmed up nicely

i doubt it the ceo will come in look at the company throw all the bad news and kitchen sink in a statement after a fews months the share price will drop,then the directors will get a great options package at a low price on a long term date
