bit out of date, nap 14th, like 6 months or so! US 'financial sponge' bit hived off into VEC, so no cash flowing out of VIY in that direction, minimal o'heads right now as we await news of the RTO that Adam Reynolds has lined up.
Expect news next month, possibly even this month.
You need to get with the programme!

There's a technical paper from the Chevron geophysicists that worked with QRD in the Delaware basin.

Well it's not free, and a year ago I wouldn't have given a second thought to paying $25 to read. Question is, is QRD a Pillar technology in the Delaware basin as once again was mentioned in the AGM presentation by SG.

Hear, hear Twix.

We were obviously lied to and misinformed over a substantial period and the former directors should be held accountable.

Spec7,

I agree to a point.

I raised those warning signs for years and was in the minority.
I do not think that just because everyone else (on AIM) does it, that that makes it okay, simply par for the course or never mind.

We have many prosecutions in the world of showbiz that are donkey's years old (history) and nobody thinks we should say never mind there for wrong doing and looking back. The old BOD clearly and provably hid information on numerous occassions and SG is still after mitigating his dilution via freebie options. He has creamed a high salary plus tie-in and done very nicely and he is still a director of Vialogy. We should demand answers from a serving director.

I have indeed moved on and the future is completely in AR's hands. These two issues are NOT mutually exclusive. I welcome AR and believe he is playing with a straight bat. It's seen to be like chalk and cheese. That does not mean my memory or wish for accountability for a decade of misleading has either been wiped clean or can't also be addressed when we still have a board member as the last failure left standing to pocket what he can before he too departs.

If I alone got the answers to my questions. I wonder how many of you would be keen to hear them. Specifics of what went wrong? why did you hide this and that?
What happened with Chevron and CGG?

It is my opinion whether right or wrong and whether practical or feasible.
I have moved on. The future is ALL important in practical terms. However, I can multi-task and differentiate well enough ;-)

Understand where you are coming from Twix.Let's see if SG gets any options in the next round.I prefer to look forwards, but each to their own.

I can't say I am of that mind Prophet.

We still have one (SG) at the trough loading up on millions of options and with another funding and consolidation likely there will be anther hefty award to SG for complete failure. My view isn't 'never mind'.

I expect the point jimb2 refers to can be covered by the likelyhood that the old BOD were always playing up prospects and downplaying hiccups and failures. Chevron, CGG etc were still mentioned just like BP was allowed to be taken as ongoing UNTIL it the truth was forced out. Another Evolution or ASTFS if you like.
I stated time and again this behaviour was wrong and identifiable as a clear pattern.
I expect it is why we all now feel misled. I don't want to live in the past either, but SG is still creaming options with another tranche very likely and we have imho been living like mushrooms with news tailored to exaggerate and excite or otherwise hide, time and time again. There are two distinct and separate areas. The new AR business and rescue where we look forward and don't look back. Together with also holding to account those still ensuring they get everything on offer contractually, in order to get some answers about the woeful management of news and information they presided over. I want to know and if SG is still in for another multi-million options he can damn well tell us and take some responsibility - as he fails yet again it seems, in funding VEC!!

I do wonder why even the AGM presentations appeared to indicate that CGG and Chevron were still actively involved with QRD

Considering these were dated 5/11/2013 and still referred to CGG and Chevron as run rate assets for VEC, makes one wonder if we have been mislead on the strength of these relationships.

indeed Prophet,

my post was responding to 'what's Sandeep doing nowadays'.

I suspect he is well into planning the next lucrative stage in his business life whilst getting as many Vialogy options as he is entitled to, to ride off the back of AR.

I may have elaborated somewhat, but it's not yet history. AR is offering 25% of our remaining holding to a partner and is still working to achieve some value for shareholders re VEC, so it may be history, but not quite yet.

I'm afraid it best to forget the past, twix, least i mean forget in terms of the old VIY adding any value of any significance here. Quite what the problem was will probably never be known, certainly Chevron, CGG and others viewed what VIY had as something worthwhile, but why it has never progressed as we all hoped, I don't know. I can't see anything happening on that front now.

I am looking forwards to seeing what AR has got for us and grateful we have another opportunity.

SG is planning his next tranche of Vialogy options off the back of AR's hard work whilst he remains the last failure left standing. I expect in time we will hear he has gone to a new lucrative venture or some further clever wheeze to disenfranchise us of more of our holding, keeping hold of his multi-millions of options making a clean break with past failure as VEC also go the way of all flesh - remember that one - and just like Vialogy.

NOTHING he persuaded us with ever covered his salary alone (excluding his tie-in!) and then there is $5 mill to raise with a valuation of $20 mill!! lol

I realised the old BOD were NOT satisfactory. Now we have one left, still milking for options imv unless he finally delivers, but time is marching past our news window and the string of contracts also overdue by years/dead.

I have to confess it's not looking likely, even with AR's further 25% equity giveaway, to entice a VEC partner.
