01/10/2024 09:07 | If it drops to 0.04p see it as an opportunity to buy. VRS is a growing company in a growing market, graphene, low carbon admixtures, and 3D Printing. Speak Later | pwhite73
01/10/2024 09:01 | PW, so share price would be 0.043p at that 1m MCap you're not concerned about. Do you think that is the minimum level of the next Placing?I think it could be as low as at 0.04p myself. | zydecoco
01/10/2024 08:57 | Despite all the efforts of PW & the other dim gerbils to ramp this POS on the back of an RNS Reach the market knows what's going on & the share price gain of this a.m. is evaporating. If you don't know the difference between an RNS & a RNS Reach you should find out. | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
01/10/2024 08:56 | (Thanks, doesn't seem to be one on on the App?) | zydecoco
01/10/2024 08:56 | zydecoco - "Lower could be anything of course too" Yes but the company has a market cap of only £1.33m. So if the next placing drops the market cap to £1.0m it doesn't really matter. Down here the market cap is too low to be concerned about the placing price. If the market cap was say £50m then that's a different matter. VRS market cap is set for growth only. In real terms it can't really fall any lower. | pwhite73
01/10/2024 08:47 | Festario - "Have Balfour Beatty issued a corresponding announcement?" Balfour Beaty have been working with VRS for some time. The announcement this morning suggests the relationship has now been extended to reach commerciality in graphene, mortars and 3D Printing. Michael Schenk Head of Demand, Operations & Innovation Planning at Balfour Beatty plc "Congratulations to Versarien® plc! Balfour Beatty plc are looking forward to supporting this vital piece of work in helping advancing 3D concrete printing in the UK." | pwhite73
01/10/2024 08:43 | You are aware there is an 'edit' button after the post number total in all of your posts, right? | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
01/10/2024 08:42 | PW, so you're saying "your favourite would be a placing above 0.058p and even if it's lower it doesn't really matter."Not showing a lot of faith in VRS then are you. Lower could be anything of course too | zydecoco
01/10/2024 08:39 | Adjusted to real SP:PW, yesterday, on the Bulls and Bears VRS chat, you were saying the next major share price event for VRS will be one of:A Delisting.A Placing lower than 0.04p.A Placing at 0.04p - ish.A Placing above 0.058p (yesterday?s SP).Which one do you see as favourite? | zydecoco
01/10/2024 08:38 | Zy, Yesterday's share price was 0.058, not 0.58. You're missing a zero after the decimal point in all your numbers. Surprised a savvy shrewd experienced investor such as PW didn't spot that. | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
01/10/2024 08:36 | zy, Yesterday's share price was 0.058, not 0.58. Big difference! | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
01/10/2024 08:34 | Have Balfour Beatty issued a corresponding announcement? | festario
01/10/2024 08:24 | At the moment my favourite would be a placing above 0.58p and even if its lower it doesn't really matter. You should also consider who some of the placing shares may go to. We already have a 10% holder if RNS 05/08/2024 can be believed. Many institutions and HNW investors would have read the collaboration news with Balfour Beaty and may decide to tuck some away. More news will come from VRS as its a featured partner of Keyline Civil Specialists. RNS 30/09/2024 - "In our core business the pipeline of opportunities and partnerships continues to improve and I believe that Versarien is increasingly well positioned for sustained growth and industry leadership." Today is proof of this statement from the CEO. The CEO wouldn't make a claim of 'industry leadership' whilst knowing the company is going bust. | pwhite73
01/10/2024 08:15 | R&D tax credits for BB too of course | zydecoco
01/10/2024 08:06 | They do when it's cheap R&D and ticks the ESG box with investors... :0) | 2dinvestor

01/10/2024 07:57 | Think smarter not harder chameleon. Last I heard was that Mr Susan was taking out a super injunct.... | smokeyjohnson
01/10/2024 07:57 | Looks like Placing coming again to me | zydecoco
01/10/2024 07:57 | Another collaboration to add to the hundreds already signed. Zzzzz | dil 21
01/10/2024 07:45 | Oh Smokey you cunning dog, have you been talking to Mr Susan again? | forgottenchameleon
01/10/2024 07:40 | 2Dinvestor - All other collaborations have been failures because the market for graphene was not there. It is now due to Net Zero 2030 and decarbonisation becoming a legal requirement. Britain closed its last coal fire power station yesterday. The other important difference is that VRS now has a scientist at the helm so technically they stay ahead of the game. We have someone leading the company who according to the Graphene Council is among the top five graphene experts in the world. Balfour Beaty has global revenues of £9.2 billion they don't collaborate with a £1.33 million bankrupt company for fun. | pwhite73 |
