The following is taken from an email sent by Terence Barkan:

Plans for 2020

Looking forward to 2020, we see real momentum building for graphene commercial adoption as we pass the "valley of death" and enter the next phase of market maturation.

Strong signals are being sent with virtually all graphene producers reporting increased sales and announcements of actual products and applications. From The Graphene Council perspective, we are also getting increased queries from end-users across a wide range of applications looking for qualified sources of supply.

The challenge to date has been to produce graphene at commercial scales. This problem has largely been solved with multiple graphene producing companies able to deliver in the multi-tonne range.

The challenge going forward will be a.) to scale for very large volume applications (e.g. cement, asphalt, plastics, etc.) and b.) to have graphene producers collaborate as very large customers demand multiple sources of supply.

@tini5 yes good point. I think I did say I wasn't sure who it was attributed too. I'll see if I can find it now. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm beginning to think that I will believe anything on here when I see it. I'm down to my low holding now and will not be buying until I do see deals coming to fruition. There will be time to get in as a lot of trust has been lost and people will be suspicious that it will be yet another false dawn.

"Just because you say what I write isn't true doesn't make it so. I'm very happy to correct anything that you can show is untrue."

Yes Tim, your comment about T Barkan. Still waiting for you to provide the quote as per earlier conversation.

If I've missed it in your subsequent posts then apologies, perhaps you can refer me to the relevant post #.

@liganiel

I think you missed my point, it was to show how absurd the statement (from superg1) that Nanoxplore must be bad because TSX is bad. If I were to apply the same thinking then VRS must be bad because...

As for the Airbus statement, Talga had a MoU with BASF... And that has gone nowhere, infact Talga is changing direction to produce battery anode instead of a graphene powder

Nanoxplore is most likely the closest of the public traded companies to produce commercial quantities of graphene (quantities that is going a company into generating substantial revenue from selling graphene). They have received funding to build a plant that initially plans to produce 10000 tonnes (phase 2 aims at 20k). Neither VRS nor Nanoxplore currently produces commercial quantities of ANY product... But that will most likely change in the following years for VRS, while Nanoxplore aims to start their production Q1 this year according to their last MD&A

Just in case any more confirmation is needed of China's interest in graphene from Manchester...

“Chen Lifang, Board Director and Senior Vice- President, Huawei, says: “The UK is at the forefront of world-leading R&D capability in fundamental technology and we’re excited to be working with The University of Manchester through Huawei’s HIRP FLAGSHIP programme on a project that has the potential to explore so many advanced technologies. As the home of graphene, The University of Manchester has enormous expertise and the best facilities for working with the material. We are confident our partnership will help to build a better- connected world and contribute to the future of the ICT industry.”

For those actually interested in the scale of things Here is a link to the jinan innovation zone which gives a pretty good idea of what's taking place out their and what's being built up in that region https://www.jinaninvest.com/As you can see this is not some backstreet plan by jinan and when you look at the differing sectors and companies in there you see the bigger picture The video is well worth viewing I know nooothing

In support of schmally’s post I would also confirm that you will find that there are between 80 to 100 PI LTH’s all well informed and articulate so displeased at your behaviours that you will here after be outgunned and outnumbered in your futile attempts to drive down the share price
Your time is over, time to get out.

@evergreen8 any chance you can substantiate your claim that I've "misinformed"?

Just because you say what I write isn't true doesn't make it so. I'm very happy to correct anything that you can show is untrue.

I read your excellent post prior to logging on only to find that it was missing so I hope you do not mind my taking the liberty of pasting it back in as it perfectly describes the motives and poverty of the detractors. Well done!

On the contrary Nico, I think you will find that SG and dozens of other PI's will be significantly increasing their activity on this board to counter misinformation. No PI that I know has any spread bets or is leveraged in any way. There is however plenty of evidence to suggest that a very small minority of vocal non shareholders do hold spreadbets which are causing them a great deal of stress and discomfort. Why else would you and they be trolling this board if that wasn't the case. Long term PI's have a choice of whether to post on here, whereas you, Log and others won't get paid and can't protect your exposure unless you continuously misinform to try and drive down the share price. That's one hell of a depressing and stressful way to live a life, but if that's what floats your boat, then hey ho!
