30/11/2019 09:02 | OT BIDS Mad really that sober Pis bought BIDs yesterday. Some of the BOD sold a month ago so the closed period has now ended re negative news. 42 games for the forecast and they have added nine. £1.9 mill forecast for H1 and it was £27k. £5.9 mill forecast for full year and no material change in the circs of revenue options. So the earliest they can report the huge miss starts next week and people bought yesterday ??? The forecast on costs covered 27 staff they must be 60 plus by now, judging by comments of quality it means high salaries. BTW Linkedin alone is now up to 58 employees listed. As before I suspect under £500k and going by H1 under £100k with £5.9 mill forecast. Salary estimate costs by me for a full year £3.5 mill plus. They have been in spend mode cramming "3 years into one" Huge miss coming which they are obliged to report at some point and certainly before any fund raise which I have as around £8 mill needed. So that's what sober looking at the company looks like from the info they have released. The CEO lied for H1 "All on track" re revenue and led PIs to believe full year revenue can be hit. Not long now to find out. Perhaps they will drag it out as long as they can before they are compelled to release it. | superg1

30/11/2019 00:23 | This is not fashion clothing, so expect to see it on the shelves sooner than you think. Just after a few Pro's wear it :-) | squire007

29/11/2019 23:20 | Also, reading between the lines, it seems very much that this deal is not a simple supply agreement between VRS and MAS but a deeper arrangement between VRS, MAS and as yet undisclosed third parties, with an emphasis on the ‘s’ of parties. It looks like VRS have retained a high level of control, and hence value, in this arrangement. This speaks volumes for Neill and the team. | johnveals
29/11/2019 23:17 | Well let's hope 2/5 has some actual significant money attached to it and isn't yet more jam tomorrow, eh? | club sandwich
29/11/2019 23:05 | From the RNS dated 8 Jan 2018 ‘the collaboration will involve the incorporation of graphene into textiles via yarns and fabric finishes, with the aim of enhancing the fabric properties so that they meet the requirements of certain key application areas that the Partner has identified.’ I agree that a product launch this Christmas is probably unlikely but an application was identified almost 2 years ago. This is huge, it will be some time before we see the money in any results but I am confident it will come. Also a quick look at the list of RNS’s from 2 years ago suggests there could be many more collaborations moving on to a commercial footing in the near future. Bring on 2/5 and the rest. | johnveals
29/11/2019 23:04 | Regarding timescales for MAS product. In my industry in order to get product on the shelf for sale for this Xmas we would need to be shipping product, in quantity, by late Sept latest. The RNS this week suggests to me it is too late for this Xmas, but would be ideal timing to launch in time for the upcoming Olympics this summer. | battery
29/11/2019 22:43 | Evergreen8 I think you are over ambitious with your timings. Often fashion brands product development is closed 12 months from launch so that they can then enable the manufacturing, marketing and distribution strategies I.e most are completing their autumn 2020 collections now! VRS and Mas just finished wearer trials so I would expect the graphene enhanced textile products to launch later next year but VRS would make sales to those brands to manufacture the clothes before this | mikebrenner
29/11/2019 22:38 | Not a chance of a radical new product being on the shelves for Christmas. Christmas 2020, maybe... | club sandwich
29/11/2019 22:35 | evergreen8 - much as I love the well thought out posts from you today, I would have thought that if something was to be on the shelves in time for Xmas, it would be there already. Xmas is 4 weeks away and most people's Xmas shopping or ordering will surely be well under way. Xmas catalogues went out weeks ago. | grabster
29/11/2019 22:30 | evergreen8 Your logic is spot on and fits with the email reply I got from Neil when I asked for more detail. His reply was "The agreement is closely guarded and flexible for a wide range of customers, you'll have to wait for more details" | bobsworth
29/11/2019 22:23 | Yes Teepee... good point. | festario
29/11/2019 22:23 | Sorry CH, but some don’t know where to look to see what’s going on. They would rather gripe. | rogerbridge

29/11/2019 22:16 | Is this a VRS thread? I can not believe why some are posting here. I look forward to the day when BIGT and HNW investors arrive an some can sell out and make a few Bob. Then leave investors here to make fabulous returns over the future years. | rogerbridge
29/11/2019 22:09 | evergreen8; your para two in post 84824 fits with what Neill R said (amongst other things) with regard to marketing and advertising strategies, at the AGM. Good post(s). | scottishfield
29/11/2019 21:59 | So MAS and VRS enter into 22 months of hush hush negotiations and product development and on realising its a dud decide to break silence and come out from under cover to announce to the world in an RNS that they have entered into contract even though there is no end product and that they will be maintaining a strict NDA covering the absence of further activity. Wow that is getting ahead of logic. | evergreen8 |
