...and as for the Bojo who doesn't even bother to conceal his disgraceful lies....It should be a plague on all their houses but like 2 and 2 many people can't work out what is going to work for them and vote through either greed, fear or just gut instinct.

O/T I agree Peter, how intelligent people can be taken in by the likes of Jezza the Red and McDonell the Marxist is beyond me. And as for that Holly Rigby...

Probably is sweeping Lucky but taking a cool hard look it is to be expected. I really can't believe the ability that many people have to put 2 and 2 together and make 5. Maybe it's poor and irrelevent education but many people struggle to organise facts and arrive at a logical conclusion to a problem. The level of general knowledge is also excruciatingly poor. I have struggled for years to change that situation with maybe a little success but the bottom line is that people learn as much as they need to (or are made too) and then stop. That by the way applies to many teachers as well as the rest of the population. Very sad.

Only a total cretin would fall for a 419. Though the average loss for those who do fall for it is apparently £18k.

So Graham wired the money yesterday...

"A large proportion of the human race are fairly stupid."

Bit of a sweeping statement there Peter, fairly stupid to post that some would think but unsurprising considering some of your past statements.

Strangely when I was at school some were considered 'fairly stupid' or not clever even and have done well in life employed others and treated people with respect.

Can't see how anybody who hasn't got dementia would fall for that but then again I think it's probably another manifestation of natural selection.A large proportion of the human race are fairly stupid.

We keep saying it’s what real business development looks like.

AIM is not the real world.

It’s like those that get into drug dealing, they see easy money.

Spivs see the AIM as an easy drug dealing option, but making money illegally without the risk of getting banged up.

So they appear with all sorts of BS and hype loads of options high salary and do on. Each time they run out of cash they just feed more BS to fund managers who are generally just as bent themselves.

AIM is largely a massive fraud but no one wants to stop the fraud as those in on it are making millions.

If the AIM regulators got active and serious the number on the AIM would be decimated. The AIM would then be a failure and withdrawn. The bosses would pit themselves out of a job.

For genuine companies like VRS they have to work through the shot and fraud trying to escape the black hole of corruption that is the AIM.

Then you have the scumbag crew who are crooks themselves some dragged in thinking well if they do it so am I.

So the BBS are full of perhaps some previously respected people who commit fraud on a daily basis.

Earlier this year (STX) share price was less than VRS, now it’s x2 and after the 1.375M buy @ 192p yesterday, about to go much higher on imminent US commercialisation deal, some of you thanked me with personal messages, that got in 60/70p’s. Just spreading the trader love here.

Up to you bulls to get this over 130p, then I start buying big time.

"Jinan would have been a lot quicker if it was just Jinan, but others were already banging on the door before they left China.

VRS were not going to RNS that as it was non binding, the nomad insisted.

There are more big name deals in play (by some way) for VRS than the combined deals of all AIM companies I have looked at in the last 10 years."

That's very close to insider info. I suggest y'all screengrab Graham's post for future ref and possible reporting to the authorities. I know I have.

"VRS want a long sustainable future for the business which builds long term value for shareholders."

Exactly my thoughts. VRS has been consistent in building solid foundations and avoiding fast-buck giveaways or selling out the IP.

I suppose it turning from one to dozens of companies and many provinces with UK gov directly involved can mean complex negotiations.

It’s all happening a lot quicker than your basic one deal that never seems to happen on various companies.

EG FUM which was an early interest for me in 2009, first major launch was to be 2006, then 2009 not far off.

2020 in 5 weeks time still no major launch 14 years after the first one was mooted.

This company is flying on many aspects.

Jinan would have been a lot quicker if it was just Jinan, but others were already banging on the door before they left China.

VRS were not going to RNS that as it was non binding, the nomad insisted.

There are more big name deals in play (by some way) for VRS than the combined deals of all AIM companies I have looked at in the last 10 years.

The noise and moaning is from the usual suspects in selfish quick hit mode.

VRS want a long sustainable future for the business which builds long term value for shareholders. Not feeding muppets for a quick hit to lose on trotter and sons.

Firstly, thank you Jointer for your reply. The bit I can't get my simple head around is: - If BIGT is an 'enabling agency' only, then why couldn't the 15% transaction with VRS be tied up? Then going forward, for BIGT (now on the VRS shareholder list), become a bigger enabler within China with Central Government backing - with a roll out of agreements with regional provinces with appropriate finance deals? I know, it probably doesn't work like that. Thanks again.

Good post. I would also add it is so important vrs have the ability to enter contractual agreement with third party. When Kevlar first came out in motorcycle gear it indeed made the product far more stronger. But the cheaper suppliers soon realised that they could put s single strand of Kevlar in the jacket and say the jacket had Kevlar even thou it was about as abrasive resistant as wearing a t shirt. If we were all being honest the only people who will truly benefit from graphene in clothing are athletes. (Think of cycling. How many Sunday riders spend 3k on a carbon bike to lose 400g when they could go to the gym and lose 20Kg.) So it's the hundreds of millions who buy replica clothing who will want graphene clothing where the money is. So it's so important that vrs is established as the only supplier of true graphene . IMHO

this might help ade31...shavians write up from the agm.

BIGT? No holdups with the BIGT agreement, the deal has just got significantly bigger than originally imagined with more Chinese agencies involved and therefore could not be concluded pre-AGM as had been originally hoped. There are no worries about the speed. BIGT is not a customer but an enabling agency who will set the tone in China on a National scale, fully backed by the Chinese government. NR said there are other graphene companies in China, but the Chinese have become aware of quality issues with many of them. BIGT is to be the enabling Tier 1 partner, a role similar to GEIC in the UK, with provinces such a Shandong [which includes the possible Jinan factory] are to be Tier 2 partners. NR would not be drawn on a completion date but it seems likely to be soon. Completion of the deal will provide access to much more capital which will make a significant difference to all aspects of company progress. MW added that this is our first overseas expansion and its vital to get it right.

A surprisingly muted share price response to the MAS announcement. I sense the market is treating this as a collaboration+ type RNS. Just hope NR can pull the BIGT rabbit from the hat. Not really sure whats holding this up to be honest....please don't say because it's getting bigger. So the 12th December it is :)
