29/11/2019 13:00 | Funny how Leavers are all in favour of 'taking back control', but they don't like it when British courts resist illegal attempts to ram through a hard Brexit nobody voted for, and they don't seem to mind that Cummings, Johnson, Farage, Banks and Wigmore are all owned by the Russians. Strange, that. | club sandwich

29/11/2019 11:29 | I strongly suspect the fact that the RNS tells us that NDA(s) are to remain in place pending a product launch also inadvertently tells us that the contract with MAS must have been formulated in conjunction with some form of conditional contractual agreement with one or more third party brands otherwise why would there be a need for an NDA where there is nothing to be disclosed. Extrapolating this assumption, from the point of entering into contract with MAS to achieving a product launch would require only that advertising and marketing strategies and promotional media be finalised and that initial volumes of product be manufactured and delivered to the points of sale and distribution hubs. For companies of the scale and resource of MAS and their end user global brand clients this could be concluded in a few weeks (or less). This leaves open the very real possibility that there might be a Graphene enhanced branded sports attire product range launched before Xmas. Happy days GLALTH (Edit of previous post ) | evergreen8
