Look who is complaining, the one who owns GAN stock where the company says casino is making x money but doesn't say how much it made out of that x. Vrs doesn't release rns for graphene potential usage and demand unlike GAN does for gambling numbers in US states. You cant have dual standards mate.

I strongly suspect the fact that the RNS tells us that NDA(s) are to remain in place pending a product launch also inadvertently tells us that the contract with MAS must have been formulated in conjunction with some form of conditional contractual agreement with one or more third party brands otherwise why would there be a need for an NDA where there is nothing to be disclosed.

Extrapolating this assumption, from the point of entering into contract with MAS to achieving a product launch would require only that advertising and marketing strategies and promotional media be finalised and that initial volumes of product be manufactured and delivered to the points of sale and distribution hubs.

For companies of the scale and resource of MAS and their end user global brand clients with 22 months advance notice to make the necessary preparations this could be concluded in a few weeks (or less) from the trigger point.

This leaves open the very real possibility that there might be a Graphene enhanced branded sports attire product range launched before Xmas or soon thereafter.

After commercial agreement, ir is an ongoing process. It is not a single delivery. The objective is continuous delivery, a non stop one like the tetra pak model. There won't be one payment or delivery in this case.

.....I'm not in any way saying it's not going anywhere... I'm just irritated when people categorise it as a completed deal. When I see invoices being issued and positive cash flow on the half year accounts is when I consider it delivered.

I'm a little dismayed that the ADVFN ultra faithful, together with the CEO of VRS are inferring that the first of the big 5 has been delivered. Nothing has been delivered, we are merely another stage into the process of the first one.... and there is absolute silence on AECOM and BIGT.If 1 of the big 5 has been delivered, will someone please kindly tell that to the 3m, 1yr and 3yr share price charts?

Fest - just so. Yesterday's announcement was not a commercial agreement since it contained no commercials. Calling it a commercial agreement don't make it one. It was a glorified collab agreement. The markets clearly saw it for what it was - and the desperation behind it - and reacted accordingly.
