The threshold I'm told re RNS queries is 20% either way. IE if a share moves more than 20% without news then the FCA want to know if there is reason for it.

To me it's look like it would amount to an update required.

However in this case investors aware, not gone to 20% and no rush. No doubt contact has been made with the Nomad re the details being public and it's their decision on when and if it should be released.

I'm out in the open. I'm firmly on the fence at this moment in time but very interested in any developments wether they be positive or contrary. I was originally here to find sensible, objective debate and hopefully glean useful knowledge concerning VRS, in the absence of both I'm here purely to marvel at the herd mentality. Does anyone follow closely the trade frequency and volumes of this share? This subject has been broached but dismissed and ignored before, I recall it may have been brought up by club. Given the global entity that VRS is becoming with fingers in lots of pies, umpteen collaboration partners, government involvement, huge deals being signed etc etc. Does this mornings buying frenzy appear to be on a global scale? Or a scale expected by a group of like minded and excited individuals rubbing each other up on ADVFN? I'm afraid the numbers just don't add up. I still follow with great interest from the sidelines.

Irrespective of what you say your behaviour speaks for itself. There is no way that anyone in their right mind would post as often and as much as you do on a chair that you have no stake in .You obviously have a financial interest in driving the share price lower why not just come out in the open and state what we all know.
If on the other hand you are motivated purely by concern for your fellow humans would your time not be better spent down the local soup kitchen ?

I see your point. There is nothing in the news that says it has to be RNSd. However those of us that have been following the story know how important a step this is. Important enough for me to sell some other shares and get another few thousand VRS this morning.

If you want one of the best Companies in the U.K.,check out AB Dynamics (ABDP) solid management, results 27 Nov already stated to be ahead of expectations. Also advantage of a recent pull back, before the next leg higher. Dyor as usual

This one is still early spec gamble stock, maybe a buy if 130p can be taken out

Bill, it's not an issue for me either way, I don't spend much time on boards, maybe 10 mins a day, these guys seem to live on here ;) However I'm always happy to see the share price rise, but I suspect unless a strong revenue related RNS lands sharpish we will be back in the low 90s.

Excitable bunch VRS bulls but where is the CASH for the 15%. Looks to me like NR might be daft enough to hand over 15% of the company in return for a Chinese "facility".

It's a very common technique used in China I've commented on it before.

Having said that I'm sure NR can dress it up positively enough. He might even manage to sell some more of his own shares of the back of it.
