I think we can assume graphene / nanene etc works. VRS wouldnt have got this far if the technology simply didn't work.

So we are at the Introduction stage - just need the early adopters to get on board and full commercialisation will follow.

Funnily enough I was looking at the contracts that Aecom has been tendering for last night, it will come soon enough when their customers worldwide (usually Governments ) rubber stamp them and that will in turn kick the VRS orders into gear, won't be long.
