It may be quiet today Alchemy, that kind of ‘eve of battle’ quiet which I have not felt for many years.

As The Bard of Avon put it in Henry V maybe it’s time to:

“Imitate the actions of a tiger, stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood...”

Or remember the concluding words of the stirring eve of battle speech by Col Tim Collins to his men in Kuwait in 2003:

“Our business now is NORTH”

Lol phoenixs, unfortunately neither of them have the common sense or humility to admit they may be the problem. Ho hum, I think most can see them for what they are now anyway. Both on filter now. Bliss ;-)

Matt shared some pictured yesterday on Twitter, one has a large name plaque on the back wall, Beijing Graphene Institute of technology. Just him and (I think) his translator meeting a couple of people (presumably from BIGT).

Well it would be good if the impatient sellers are mostly clear now leaving those investors who can see beyond the next few days, weeks and months. From the regular round figures 000s buying pattern over the last week I suspect an II or two is continuing to increase their position at VRS. As several of you pointed out yesterday it was a bit of a struggle even buying a modest amount, so never mind the next RNS, I wonder if the share price will slowly begin to creep upwards from here. Might be completely wrong, and happy to be corrected by anyone who isn't a panicking shorter. GLALTH #FamilyVRS

its taken the time to get to this point weather you think its long/short is irrelevant.

we are where we are.

all ready for the next stage.

there are quite a lot of posters on here who understand how it works.

there is also a few who mouth off for the sake of mouthing off.

all looking good for vrs.

interesting remark.

"Versarien pioneers robust graphene-enhanced polymers for large-scale industrial structures"

" We plan to reveal details of new major collaboration projects from all over the world in the coming months."

Bought originally at 55 sold at 178. Too much hype over China and general gut feel the price was ramped in lead up to AGM. Bought back at 98. Look it up. Used to post under Philbstar. Just because I am not prepared to put my financial future on this share and criticise the virtually non existence sales does not make you instantly a shorter. Some engineers make great salesman. jury's out on wether VRS can sell. Simple as that.

par4artthou, I can remember that post, it was around about the time I joined the board.

Those were the days, if the BIGT deal comes off in the next 8 weeks that prediction could well start ahead of that time frame.

There has been a lot of weird water gone under the bridge since then.

I would settle for a fraction of the market cap of Apple, Amazon, Google or FB and I am betting we will get there by the end of that 2-5 year prediction.

That would be ironic.

I think VRS has greater potential than any other company I have yet found. Sadly Ricketts seems utterly incapable of delivering that potential. I continue to hold and buy more because I am convinced a takeover will come sooner rather than later. There is no way a company with this much potential can under-perform for too long before other parties start to think they could do better. The world leader in high-quality graphene, certified by China and America - valued at c£150m? Ridiculous. And why? Because Ricketts has totally destroyed his credibility with endless over-promising and zero delivery. He's out of time and out of excuses - and he knows it. And if I'm wrong about Ricketts and he does deliver than happy days. I win either way - he only wins one way.
