Thanks Rafboy, and every other kind soul.I see a bit of profit taking going on trying to stifle the rise.Or could it be folk selling shares in order to have cash for the placing?That would be crazy in my opinion, as it might not happen for 6 months or more, and the placing could be at 300p!

I understand the concept of dilution, my points are that a) it's possible and b) each new partner may be asked for "UP TO 15%" with existing institutions and PIs being able to partake

If you don't wish to partake, you'll still be a very rich dilutee :-)

that was my point too.

you can't keep doing that, unless every time you issue new shares, you also offer the required amount to the existing 15% holders so they keep their respective % of the enlarged capital.

but if you do that, you are essentially telling them now that they must keep investing in your company whenever you fund-raise, in order to retain their agreed holding.

needs clearing up IMO.

The bottom line is that you effectively have the Chinese government wanting a stake in VRS, and they don't do small......enjoy!

Fantastic news again. Brings in long term investors, committed to the project with an aligned interest in promoting the company, the ethos and product globally and the limitless market out there. A globally backed corporate with a structure supported by influencers and partners, can’t get much better.

Parted with what will probably be the value of 1 VRS share in time for the Founders Ear-phones 🦄

Remember Neill got authorisation at the last AGM to increase the available shares by 15% (if and when needed).

He can do that again this coming AGM, so gradually increasing the number of shares in issue. Whilst this will de-value each share as a % of the whole company, because VRS is ever increasing in size and profitability, the net effect is that each individual share should keep increasing in value. And China's 15% will gradually become a smaller part of a larger whole.

About f’ing time, closes above 130p this week, confirms a new support at 130p, if share price can close above 141p, then a move to 185p the next resistance is highly likely

Need more positive rns’s this month to support the breakout
