Re the 1.45 placing shares. 2.2 mill of those were sold before adding on PI flippers.

It matters not other than putting the facts out there for those that mention it.

Pondering whether/what to sell for cash anticipating the new shares opportunity, I have to accept that as VRS and its global deals and the £££;numbers grow, I just won't be able to stay the course (in %age terms) for long whatever I do now...... a thought to ease my frustration.

Regarding IP, there are another couple of hundred 2D materials that can be commercialised, some may be just as valuable in the future as Nanene is today.

the Term Sheet envisages BIGT assisting Versarien with the establishment of a subsidiary in China, wholly owned by the Company.So doesn't mean the subsidiary is owned by the company and then they will give 15% of versarien to China
