Just a reminder for any that missed it earlier in the week that Neill Ricketts has accepted an invitation from Mello to appear on a specialist panel at Mello2019 in London on Friday 17th May which will be looking at the reasons why stocks are not valued correctly and do not seem to be the right price?

The panel will engage in serious discussion over a one hour session and include a well known City analyst, a broker, a financial PR, a highly respected investor and a fund manager. Two other stocks will be discussed and the CEO or board member from each company is taking part.

This will not be a light hearted session as the aim is to understand why certain stocks fluctuate wildly in price or never get anywhere near what a reasonable valuation should be if the brokers have their research correct ? It should be useful and informative. Mello is an event created by investors, run by investors and most certainly for investors. It is a ticket only event.

If the accumulating at just under 130 continues I'm guessing that at some point most of the sellers at this level, waiting for a drop to get back in, will realise the game has changed. Lets hope.

Just for the record still very much here, and just added a small amount. I think a deal announcement or holding RNS is imminent.

Fest - good morning. It is believed that German Bank Berenberg may well be our buyer, and that their MM (BEGO)is doing the collecting. This morning was the first time in several days where they were on the Offer. Of late they have been very far away from the offer (not wanting to sell the shares they have aquired)and almost always on the bid. I think they were on the offer earlier this morning to prevent the share price rising and indeed pushed it down i.e. as you have suggested they have a top price they wish to pay.

Anyway they have been on the bid now for a while (2p higher than others. Could you do a dummy and see how many they are willing to collect.

Failure at 130p again, bears are in control of this area, as bulls have never had the balls to keep buying above 130p, rinse & repeat. Nano Neill needs to buy a chunk to restore bullish order.

Seems to be just getting back on trend before the shorting exercise and sell off in February. Should at least get to 1.50 in that case.

Dontshoutatonce, I met with equal resistance, my words against their interpretation but also the go between and their interpretation to the executioner. Plat Hunter posted the info on the JLP thread as everyone was getting preoccupied with B&ISA’s and how they should be processed. I’ll pass your comment on if that’s ok?

They will buy all shares up to 130p, obviously. I can't understand anyone selling to them below this level.
