They have enough cash for approximately 5 years solely due to the Gnanomat placing, which is the point I raised.

They have enough cash for 5 years I think , at the current cash burn

Deramper? I'm in this up to the hilt, that's the last thing I want. Just try to share your views and answer any questions reasonably, that would help.

Seems that was a question not worthy of a response from those with superior knowledge.

Anyone else pondered over how lucrative the Gnanomat placing was for VRS? Was it to acquire anything that Gnanomat has to offer or could it of been a calculated move to raise cash at a share price of 145p to fund the company for the foreseeable future? I'm no accountant but without that placing cash would be running low within the next 6 months due to very little cash generation from product sales.

Superg - I've never seen so many "I's" placed in such close succession, full of your own self importance or what? Most of your babbling these days doesn't even seem to have much relevance to VRS. Just a shame you didn't try and warn PI's here of the hype BS crash that was about to happen. I might of listened and saved myself a small fortune. What a plonker.

apparently a website page was released and retracted when superg found it and blabbered to his flock of sheep, therefore making the release of the arch postponed, It will still be released , just slightly later

alfie4048 - I've not looked at iWeb - but when comparing always look at exit cost (if any). Some brokers and dealing platforms now list an "account closure fee", deep within the small print, sometimes £50 or £75 (iDealing.com for example charge £60 I think).

Metis20 - Thanks for that. Had all of that information. So it seems the question is still open and awaiting input from anyone with superior info. Cheers.

Morning All, just a quick look in before going out for the day.

I believe many things are coming together and all will be revealed over the next few months. Very happy with my holding, Neill and the team are doing brilliantly in my opinion. Great technology and great for the UK, it is nice to be proud of something these days.
Share price has had a few bumps in the road, like many more in these volatile times on the markets, it the 4th industrial revolution is approaching with VRS at the helm.

Morning SuperG1,

I love the effort you’re putting into FGR, you must be very nervous about your Versarien Investment to spend so much time and effort looking into a $30 Mil MC company.

As you know, WG is an analyst, Have you considered he read the FGR (MRL) ASX announcement that contained the following?

______

• The quality of graphene prepared by this method is comparable with
graphene prepared by the synthetic method and the best quality
graphene available on the market from few suppliers.

• MRL’s graphite has very high crystalline carbon content not
observed in any other previously tested graphite materials.

• A number of processes were tested with electrochemical
exfoliation providing the best results. This process route was
stated to be scalable and therefore suitable for commercial scale
production of single and few layered graphene directly from the
graphite ore.

__________

I can fully understand why WG sold out of Talga,
With FGR’s offering a better product, that is scalable and suitable for commercial production, with the ability to make single or few layers and low defect graphene,
Why would anyone stay invested in Talga?
If you didn't know, The UoA completed the tests for FGR's and Talga's Graphite, FGR Graphene gave the best results out of the 50 companies they had tested,

Sri Lankan Graphite -
Current country production is low, the main issues if old infrastructure, the Sri Lankan Government mine shafts are at a depth of 600+ m, this mine has been in production for over 150 years, its highest graphite production was 33,000 tpa.

FGR have 2 mining licenses with 17 additional mine shafts ear marked for future development, they also have 39,500 ha of exploration area,

BTW the FGR cells can be altered to use flake graphite instead of vein graphite. The electrolyte can also be changed to make Graphene Oxide or high capacitance graphene. According the the UoM it is upto 3x higher capacitance than standard graphene, Highly suited for super capacitors.

So in short.

If I spot any good graphene companies out there or advanced materials companies I'll probably invest in them.

I thought Haydale was a good one. I researched it and spotted the lies. Early on I thought they produced graphene due to the way they talked about their 'graphene.'

I tried my best to warn re the lies, I warned re failure to report negative matters like the lost order and 7 made redundant and warned re serious cash problems and the share price would get smashed.

I warned re AGM and their lies, even a proven false RNS (file with the FCA).

In both cases the CEOs got the boot, they didn't step down our retire that is just the official version.

The FCA are now reviewing bits I and others reported to them about Haydale.

Talga

I warned re them. Warwick pumped it, then dumped it having spotted what I spotted straight away, most of what they do is graphite.

I've checked dozens of others, public and private. VRS looked the real deal many years ago and it seems to be the right call so far going way behind my expectations re the interest stacking up and government backing.

No BS, no lies.
