"Versarien and Tunghsu Optoelectronic will establish a joint implementation committee, composed of three members from each party, to progress the plans.."

I've not noticed such a specific team arrangement with other collaborations. I have at times wondered how many on each side are engaged in particular collaborations.

What a welcoming bunch we all are!So much for VRS family.Anyway, Roscoe, read Mike Brenners post in the header.Cash is OK for at least 2-3 years, unless acquisitions are targeted. No debt.

If you cannot be bothered to do any research yourself then the amount you’re planning on investing must be too insignificant for anyone to bother giving you the low- down imo

I will carry on doing my own and here is part of it I've been away from dealing for a number of months due to family reasons, I've been out of everything ever since 2016 Brexit announcement, i'll carry on reading the thread and remain on the sidelines for now, i'm a bit of a chart man and head and shoulders is forming nicely, i do think there's a chance of a rise but equally a fall, i've been honest and will probably at night read back a few hundred posts (just wish i could avoid all the obvious derampering ones and save time).
Tia to anybody that does highlight anything.

Roscoepeeco - if you are not willing to do research - why do you think people should do it for you ?.

Rosco:

a)Look at Versarien's website - plenty of info.

b)At least take the time to look back a couple of hundred posts, you don't have to read thousands.

c) Take a Strepsil - you'll need it; Honey and Lemon are pleasant.

Roscoepeeco. The company has loads of debt and their graphemes are garbage. Neil Rocketts is a fraudster and Superg11 just makes it all up. Wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. I Wouldn’t even bother reading the header links.

Roscoe I would just read all the rns announcements along with Mike Brenners research to get up to speed and make your own decision as everyone else has done. You have obviously decided you are only prepared to pay 75p at the moment. When you've done your research you may be prepared to pay more. Good luck with your strategy

The quality of an RNS and the subsequent end of day share price has little correlation in today's market. The latter can be affected by many things, the former is usually a better indicator of the developing value in a business

Guys do any of you know of any insti holdings here, this below is from their website.
I missed the boat here and have stupidly had this on radar since 15.75p missed the huge rise and have subsequently been waiting on the sidelines and i still am, i don't know if it will get there but i'm hoping at some point to come in at around 75p (doubt i'll get it now) If i don't get it i'll probably just leave it alone and probably rue the day.
Anyhows superg1 could you please give me a brief run down if you don't mind to save me reading back 1000's of posts on current cash position (are they ok for cash going forward?) How much debt do they have (and are they clearing ok?) And all the big holders seem to be just the sharedealers pi holdings below, are there any good insti's onboard? I noted that the director has 15m on the site.

Indeed roger, inks looking a bargain now. Atb ellis

"The total consideration for the Acquisition is £170,000 to be settled by £25,000 in cash, from the Company's existing resources, and the issue of 1,450,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at an agreed price of 10p per share ("New Ordinary Shares").  For the year ended 31 May 2016 Cambridge Graphene had negative net assets of £9,047 and made a profit before tax of £2,809.  The vendors will retain the 15% shareholding in Cambridge Graphene not being acquired by Versarien."

It is important to remember that Tungshu is just one collaboration partner. VRS have 5 key strands and numerous collaborations with world leading partners. The possibilities are endless for VRS.

Grabster I know you hold that view. I also agree that it is not a 100% certainty, but I have reacted on a number of occasions over the past decades to single share purchases and I am the better off for it. Neither you nor I will ever be able to prove the practice happens, because it would be an illegal act on the part of any mm.
