Yet 6 months has passed and there are no sales.


Haydale - Interesting that they were one of Versarien's first collaboration partners, after more than 3 years we have no development.

Yet you have the nerve to call Warwick a crook.


EllissJ - When your CEO (Neill Ricketts) says the MOU's are non binding and they need to progress to a Letter of Intent, I don't see why a comment from Donald Trump has any relevance.

I’ll say it again.

After checking data and knowing the circumstances I have reported the relevant Haydale directors for insider trading.

If they are not guilty of that then imo no one can ever be.

So imo there is a good chance of such serious issues impacting Haydale.

I have made very serious allegations against a certain nomad too. I haven’t posted what and won’t, but if it’s found to be correct I expect jail time for some.

I haven’t finished handing over information yet.

When I last looked IG only held 1.1m shares so any short via them is tiny in the bigger picture.

You simply won’t listen and continue with your fraud.

I warned in great detail re Haydale.

It’s quite simple if I think they are any good I invest. This isn’t a battle. I looked, I checked claims, I found lies. I warned others.

A few bears have made money on my advice. Unintentional advice but they saw the lies I found as facts and bet on that basis.

Harry, that assumes there is stock to borrow - otherwise the only option is to spreadbet and then get PIs to sell to create excess supply and drive the price down.

Of course there is always naked shorting but that's REALLY illegal and nobody would ever do anything naughty like that.

"Short sellers borrow shares from large institutions such as pension funds or insurance companies and sell them again in the hope the share price will fall. If that happens, the short seller repurchases the stock and profits from the difference in price".

It's not difficult to see why spid, rainbow and Hermanngorring are relentless with their attack on VRS. They desperately need the VRS share price to fall. They want our wealth. Don't listen to spid, rainbow or Hermanngorring. Please keep re-posting this.

Did you watch the interview by IG that interviewed Neill Ricketts?

Neill stated that these MoU's needed to move into Letters of Intents (LOI)

Harry - another factor behind short sellers’ behaviour is that it’s a more expensive trade to run, especially if it’s a dividend paying share, so they have to push their agenda rather than ungeared long term investors who patiently wait for the desired outcome.

To anyone being spooked and frightened into selling, shorting is a dirty game played by speculators looking to make, possibly millions. Their agenda is to get rich at the expense of innocent shareholders by spreading fear that the share price is going to collapse. Beware of spid, rainbow and Hermanngorring. They know absolutely nothing about VRS. They have no inside information. They are not investment gurus by any means. The following is taken from an article on shorting in the financial times dated 4 March 2019:

"It is a risky activity and short sellers often get it wrong. This year, investors betting against UK stocks lost out as the companies most heavily shorted by hedge fund groups, including AA, Asos and Just Eat, performed strongly between December and the middle of February".
