Haydale - so only 45% of the existing investors wanted to take up the 7 for 1 offer... £5.8m raised lasts them about 6 months at current cash burn if I'm right...not great..

On the surface 44% of the HAYD offer taken up doesn't read well. All meaningless I guess without a plan to reduce cash burn, do they have one? Not for me.

When would Aecom issue news to market 2pm GMT, how does it work over there? I guess for them it's not rns worthy, so maybe just a press launch/release anyway?

Sophisticated originally meant adulterated. A sophisticated beer wasn't a classy beer - it was beer that had been watered down or dressed up by a crooked landlord. A sophisticated wine was a wine that had been doctored or corrupted in some way to fool the punters.

sophistication (n.) early 15c., "use of sophistry; fallacious argument intended to mislead;

So what exactly is a sophisticated investor? A corrupt one? One who can be in on a crooked or fishy deal and trusted not to tell? ;-)

Once upon a time when I ran a business funded by 3i I came across the phrase "sophisticated investor " oh what a tool to shaft, or partly disadvantage , the ordinary shareholder .

"I’ll seek to get a copy from the elite for us mere mortals "

Look forward to it.. I'll see if I can find someone to read it to me.

(Good luck on the fund raising tonight)

I used to go to the football at Rochdale, it was the only place that sold lamb pies! They were called rag pies, made of suet... if you get chance SuperG, try one!

Sg. We are waiting for iso certifacation for our graphine. Could you ask if China has a standard for its Graphene and whether we will be accredited it . I know we have passed all the tests but will we get accreditation of some sort . And does anybody else have it.

"it can only be for sophisticated investors."

What are you saying here pal? Are saying I'm not sophisticated? I know which knife and fork to use in MacDonalds. Bloody southern shandy supping snobs. My money's as good as yours.

Nomad note.

No it can’t be public as the rules say it can only be for sophisticated investors. However as I have contacts who will get it (others no doubt too) then I’ll share it.

Ceo and CFO here.

First point.

Re small orders and building.

PLEASE NOTE.

That relates to first contact, testing, product testing and things like ISO tests.

NOT I said NOT first orders when contracts are in play.

So comments about that are matters that have been going on with various companies for some time.
