Myrl. My take on the Washington gathering is that the first day is that of a typical international conference. As there are relatively few Graphene companies, all will have been encouraged to attend. The second day is invitation only and Neill is, I believe, attending that second day as a member of the US Graphene Council, a quite remarkable accolade. I Have not seen a published agenda for day two, but it may well include congressional briefings. I think the original perception that NR had achieved special recognition as an individual still stands and this should place VRS in a good position to gain US business given that their products have been tested in the US.

Savvy,

I should have read your post more carefully, perhaps before wine o clock.

"I am genuinely interested to know if this company is really something or not as these RNS posts are not good."

"Genuinely" - my backside!

Savvy,

He has already sold some of his shares. If I recall correctly he used the money to buy a new lab for his old school.

Ridicule, and anybody else that knows "Neill" Would you mind asking him when he is allowed to sell some of his 15m or 20m shares that he owns? Ie does he have a lock in until, for example June this year. Ie a reason to state lots of good, truthful RNS posts talking about the future while not really saying very much.

Please don't say I am a shorter, I am not. I recently bought at 76 and sold at 99 to trade a good profit. 2 days or so later I saw the latest RNS and I am genuinely interested to know if this company is really something or not as these RNS posts are not good. I will perhaps trade a little here and if I hear something real could consider investing a little...

People should not be worried about shorters unless they are worried about the true value of the company as it will levitate there. Also asking inexperienced investors to put much money into VRS is not sensible unless you are happy to risk other people's money.

Hope the company is really onto a winner as it is fun sounding future and British, but I will watch and learn for now....

Myrl yes others seem to be there but look who is speaking. NGA cannot ignore others if they are interested. Currently it is about spreading the word. Best good worse all take advantage in such situations.

Excellent ridicule, just leads to all the compelling arguments for investing in VRS.
Thanks, also, to Spike for the luncheon meat on the bone.

Hi all, some really excellent posts in the past 2 days, thank you Spike, ridicule, etc.

There is something I noticed which bothers me a bit. If I recall, the big visit to the US that was sold to us on Twitter a few months ago as an exclusive VRS event where NR would explain to Washington why VRS is the future of graphene and which got everyone on this BB excited, this event is actually just a conference/exhibition where other graphene companies such as DirectaPlus and First Graphene are also attending?
Am I the only one who's noticed that?
That's a bit disappointing to be honest and another example of the overhype that comes from Twitter posts and this BB. Still a positive event, just not quite as impressive as we thought it would be.

It's called objective balanced non biased observation. Something we all need a little more of on this thread

Agreed and I think sg1 is great. Can we not criticize great people for single acts and then not hold a grudge? I was just stating a fact. If we praise for good acts can we not criticize for bad ones?

teepee your posts clearly show what type of person you are you contribute nothing but like to criticise everything. Sg1 has done more for investors here than you ever will.

Re profit margins; 2D materials can disrupt end use re enhanced performance vs conventional, but also can offer increased savings re production processes and cheaper installations. Ie lightweight construction structures could need less machinery and labour to install. Neill has given various examples per poddys, see below. Any others ? Aimo. Best ellis

Tyres could need less curing time using +nanene.

Axia housing collab - electrics/sensors pre installed, less sparkies no final fix.

Aircraft part. One piece construction, efficiencies in process costs versus 'sandwiched' materials designs.

And, re aircraft parts, there are savings made for lightweight vs conventional for the fuel savings that accrue.
