09/10/2017 17:17 | I don't think so, turbo. I thought the requirement was to announce news as and when it happens, especially if it is likely to move the price one way or another. However, it would not surprise me if a big order delayed news from time to time. Clearly not within regulations though. | luminoso
09/10/2017 17:17 | No the company is not obliged to withhold any news. | phoenixs
09/10/2017 16:49 | Question: When there is a big holder with an order to sell a big chunk such as 2 million, and it's going to take several weeks to execute this order; Is the company aware of this and are they obliged to withhold any news until this order is completed? Otherwise they will be affecting the buy/sell price of an existing order buy announcing the news... | turbocharge
09/10/2017 16:37 | Yes Ellissj, the Innovte video was well done by Neil. Obtaing plenty of grants by the sound of it. Plus STEM employer winner. | rogerbridge
09/10/2017 16:31 | Surely at the bottom now ? Just some news will see this up, up and a sleigh ! Hoping that VRS has moved past MOU's and into JV's. Or at least news of repeat orders, confirming customer confidence. Meantime well done to achieve £8.5m turnover in 4 years. GLA | ellissj
09/10/2017 15:25 | tennis - nothing I've seen suggests Battrick is independently wealthy - where do you get that info from? The only sales of his we know about are the 190K sold between 1st Jan and 30 June, which covered the recent peak, so you could be right about his search for a price. If you are right, and it's say 20p, then that implies a limit to the current upside before he starts again. I'm not sure though why you suggest 20p rather than some other value. Do you know the guy? Captain K - I think that trigger's already been pulled hasn't it? This is what NR said after the last fundraising in March: "The funds raised will allow us to significantly scale up both our graphene manufacturing capabilities and our marketing efforts to take advantage of the substantial commercial opportunities we are seeing." | supernumerary
09/10/2017 15:08 | Haven't sold any Iof. I am a holder here. Huge potential here only question is when. One trigger will be when they expand production. How will they finance it ? Hopefully a partnership with a big player | captain_kurt
09/10/2017 15:01 | that 250k has to be a buy at 11.56 | phoenixs
09/10/2017 14:43 | Fully loaded her Festario, but the IOF tick up has done wonders for the pension. I am sure VRS will follow before too long. | rogerbridge
09/10/2017 13:57 | Looks like the 50k buyer bottled it after a few hours LOL | john henry
09/10/2017 13:36 | Fest. u are not alone, my funds are very light these days and my timing appalling as bought into these around 15p thinking can't go lower then placing hoping had some time before IOF moves. | joeblogg2
09/10/2017 13:29 | All the while that I have been buying 'and averaging down' here, it seems I should have been buying IOF. | festario
09/10/2017 13:11 | Battrick shares are chicken feed to his other wealth so don't think he would sell below 20 p | tenniselbow
09/10/2017 13:09 | I don't know who the 'some' are Phoenixs when mentioning options. Perhaps that's because I have some on filter which then answers the question. | superg1
09/10/2017 13:01 | tennis - Battrick certainly has sold shares. The only questions are how many, and how many to go. The only excuse I know of for not filing a TR-1 is that the order is still with the broker, which would mean he's still selling. Otherwise, the company secretary, who obviously knows he's passed at least one reporting boundary, should have contacted him to remind him of his obligations in that regard. As to why he might want to sell - it's a very different situation for him now than it was when he worked there. Now he has a lot of money - probably most of his net worth - invested in it, and no longer any control over how it's run. A very scary situation. Even if he believed in the company's success (which seems unlikely, else why would he have left?) he would feel he needed to lower his exposure in order to derisk. Plus he'd probably like some cash ;¬) | supernumerary
09/10/2017 12:50 | I don't know why some posters keep going on about the share options. The directors in question do not get paid a large income, the options are at 15p but not exercisable until 30p. 35p and 40p and then not for 3, 4 and 5 years. As for Battrick, if he sells so be it. The company performance will do the talking. | phoenixs
09/10/2017 12:41 | Delayed 100k buy from 11.35. Cantor where offering 13.5p at 11.27 | john henry
09/10/2017 12:40 | Busy today so just looked. Missed the early level 2 events and perhaps cantor do have the 625k. Interestingly Peel for the first time in weeks on the bid. Now if that means the pension fund is not in play then it could get interesting soon especially if any decent news comes | superg1
09/10/2017 12:39 | Would not think battricks would sell his shares at such a low price as he must have insight to how the company is doing but prob not happy with the share options the board have taken at such a low price | tenniselbow
09/10/2017 12:17 | Over 200k bought last 45 min. I don't think overhang will take to long to clear. Offer now 14p | john henry
09/10/2017 12:04 | Still no indication what's happening to Battrick's shares. He went through a reporting boundary without filing a report, so it's possible he's got the lot with a broker... | supernumerary
09/10/2017 11:58 | If Canotrs got another tranche, I suspect that it is the 3rd and final ex director of AAC who was handed 675k shares for the deal done last year. Considering approx 16m have been bought in the past few weeks, it should not last long. | phoenixs
09/10/2017 11:40 | Well it appears Cantors just got handed another tranche. Back to square one. Lol A positive is that PEEEL have moved on the bid. | john henry
09/10/2017 11:38 | What a bummer! | festario
09/10/2017 11:35 | very frustrating, looks like still overhang remains. | joeblogg2 |
