Its going against us long holders yet again, and no three gun salute I see. What a disappointing reaction to this week's news.Where the hell would we have been without that?I'd ask SuperG but he's strangely AWOL at a crucial time. Its against my nature but I'm going to start trading this.

dgduncan, i have been speaking to Terry at PB who seems helpful but as yet hasn't explained why there is a problem, I've just sent him another email chasing him. Also just spoken to Barclays who say they still don't appear to have received them and are chasing them.

Is there anyone else who still hasn't received their PB shares?

Looks like another fund raise for Haydale.. that company looks dead in the water. Maybe we should pick up any patents/know how they may have on the cheap... or maybe they don't actually have any??

Not saying any more on the subject, you have the information to provide a level playing field , up to you what you do with it, just requires a small amount of hunting around .

I do like that inverse head and shoulders and with the shorts needing to buy back to protect their 'investment' can't see why it won't play out.

Woody - phone PB to get them moving. They were helpful when I had to chase them up.

Foolishben I use Jarvis as my broker. The holdings you refer to are nominee holdings ie. PIs. Jarvis are unlikely to hold any VRS shares directly.

"The only area where NR can be criticised for non delivery was saying "a Chinese deal could be in place by July". "

chillpill - but h didn't say that, did he? I thought he said it was the *Chinese* who wanted to be up and running by June/July?

Biggest news for me yesterday was neill saying he intends to spend less time on twitter. Interesting change in behaviour. Coming after 2 pieces of likely transformative china news for the company, my feeling is we are moving into a new phase. Neill says this mou is largely derisked - we have lots of test data already; which clearly they like. You could argue his twitter decision is made from a position of strength : ie at his choosing, under no pressure, coming after these 2 monster chinese rns. Therefore, knowing what's coming up, he can largely let go of his twitter profile - safe in the knowledge a golden future awaits. Grateful holder here for the opportunity and confident more than ever. Aimo. Dyor. Glalth. Best ellis

Tungshu already use graphene, so my guess is that this will be a quick one. They know the technology and realise the benefits of graphene in their quest to become number one and no doubt understand that nanene is best graphene our there. This is indeed going to fly.

LO. Then surely this primary bid spiv, must be selling at a loss given he paid 145p for them?

So am I right in thinking that the reason my shares haven't yet been transferred into my account is that they have been sold into the market by Lombard?

The simple fact is that pb is a shorters paradise, somebody did post on here a while back how most shares bought in a pb fundraise have performed badly the fact that it was bought from Darwin is no coincidence. Lombard Odier own the majority of pb which Darwin initiated.

Anyway it doesn't matter any more, it will soon be done and dusted.

Level playing field.

ok iretirement , read this taken off the fum lse board, look at who owns primary bid, the clue is in this post regarding recent pb fund raise.

'Re RNS. I would keep an eye on LO. I once wanted to transfer shares between accts and they still had to be sold and re bought. Maybe they have to show it as a transfer as they still are under the LO umbrella..Wait and see what their percentage stake is when new shares are admitted and that I presume they could access these shares again in the future with a reverse transfer. Lombard Odier have an unhealthy control over FUM and will have the çlout to buy it for peanuts or short it to oblivion and make money that way. They are not bothered about pi's only making money and I see that as bad news for FUM but the management got us in this position. Have they the quality to get us out of the self dug hole. Having read the article on advfn re 30 interested commercial parties back then, then unfortunately I have as most investors here justification to be concerned looking at today's share price All the above my opinion and wish that any future would be investors hopefully research this better than I thought I had done.
