Something useful is to spend a little money to find out information that is important to your shareholding rather than listen to the lies that shorters tell because they do spend a little to take from shakey PI's . Otherwise it's wear the mug punter badge with honour.

Nothing wrong with VRS, nothing wrong with the valuation , just aggressive selling by a spiv in a falling market. Now the market is rising and that is a good thing as the supply is very depleted.

Either way guys judging by the constant large round figures being sold it must be someone or a group of people with a lot of shares, but they can't sell them forever. The only change for VRS has been a massive RNS with a seriously major China player. The tipping point isn't far away

Bank manager knocking on the door? Dropped a shedload in the market in last month? Greed/fear?

Happens time and time again on AIM.

If it's a primary bid spiv they are losing by selling now. Why would they?

In terms of "extended lead time to commercialisation" I haven't really detected any slippage at all for VRS. We all know it takes 1-2 years for most collaborations.

The only area where NR can be criticised for non delivery was saying "a Chinese deal could be in place by July". That was clearly wrong as their are so many complexities and also the British Government are involved to reduce an IP issues.

We all know 2019 and 2020 are the critical years for commercialisation.

Wasn't there a limit on how many shares were available to each buyer?

It is not William Battrick. It is a Primary Bid spiv, don't know how many ways to say it.

I can't see any real value in HAYD to VRS. I suspect VRS have better things to deploy their capital on but will let the BOD decide that one.

As at 30th June he had just under 5 million shares. So 5m in approx 16 weeks is 312k per week or 62k shares sold per day. If William Battrick is the mystery seller then he's not got much left, and he might well want to keep some shares in his pocket anyway. All very rough calcs, happy to be corrected on any of it

Interesting that Haydale talk about extended lead time to commercialisation, same issue that has dogged VRS

Was hoping for that today Club. Without it, I predict another day of weapons grade bullsh*t from noblorry and his band of bellends. I think I'll check back in here again on Monday morning for now.

Haydale Graphene Industries plc

("Haydale" or the "Group")

Financing Update

Haydale, (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces the following update in respect of its current financial position.

The Group's planned $1.5 million investment project in its new Silicon Carbide ("SiC") cutting tools production line remains on track, with newly acquired tooling and equipment being assembled in the Group's US facility in South Carolina ("HCT") on budget and within the timetable. The Group anticipates first revenues from these products to commence in Spring 2019 and to lead to HCT being EBITDA positive thereafter.

As previously stated, it has been the Group's intention to refinance (including possible sale and leaseback) the capital equipment purchased by the Group for HCT's new cutting tools production line. Following discussions with possible lenders, which are ongoing, the Group now believes that such funding will not be available until production commences. As a consequence, the Group will be seeking alternative sources of finance in the coming months to satisfy its ongoing financial obligations in the short to medium term to support the Group as its technology moves into commercial adoption. A further update on financing will be made in due course.

Furthermore, due to the Group continuing to experience extended lead-times from its customers in their adoption of the Group's next generation products in commercial quantities, the management has commenced a process of re-sizing the Group's overhead base to reflect the Group's near-term sales focus on its graphene and smart inks as well as its SiC products. The Group has so far taken steps that has led to a reduction in its annualized SG&A costs by almost £1.0 million, the full benefits of which will come through in early 2019.

Certain information contained in this announcement would have been deemed inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 until the release of this announcement.

It's a shame to see Haydale hit the rocks.

I hope they get financing as would be a shame to lose a non competing company in the graphene sector.
