Super - curious how as soon as your own shortcomings are pointed out you change the subject? In any case, why do you keep dredging up a company that was suspended more than three years ago? Possibly as a distraction from XG's deal to supply graphene to Ford, or TSEM's 260-tonne graphene supply to Huawei (a *Chinese* company)? There *is* a race to the starting line - and at the moment VRS aren't in the lead. That needs to change, very soon.

You hear of these legal battles over IP won by western vs Chinese co's. They take forever and the Chinese Co simply folds the operation and reinstates it under a different name a few yards down the road. That's how it used to be, anyway. Has the tiger changed its stripes?

Herschel another piece of news from the AGM that you will be pleased about. NR confirmed that no manufacturing processes needed to change with any of their partners to incorporate Nanene according to the work done so far. Isn’t that great news?

Have been out of action for 36 hrs so just looked in.

Good to have an official update on where China is. Seems to be tracking as expected.

I see Club(haven't read all the posts) still needs to manage his own expectations. I have tried-like others- since the start of the year-to explain
to him it is a long odds chance a commercial agreement will be signed this year.

If you can't help yourself......

Nobody new to Versarien is going to be reading 45,000 often rabid posts on this thread to find out about the company. They are not going to assess the company on the basis of input from loglorry OR from superg1.

They ARE going to be looking through the company's list of formal announcements, and draw their own conclusions. Noises from detractors or rampers posting here are an irrelevance - we are talking only to each other. Like a classroom full of pupils left to themselves awhile, in a far corner of the school, unheard by anyone beyond the gates.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Versarien PLC said Monday it is making "significant" progress in developing its relationships in China.
The advanced materials engineering company said discussions in Jinan, the capital of the Shadong province in eastern China, are "progressing".
The graphene company signed non-binding letters of intent in January to establish the 'China-UK Jinan Graphene Industrial Park' in the Jinan innovation zone. The total project cost is anticipated at around GBP55.0 million.
The project was entered into with the Shandong Institute of Industrial Technology Fund, Jinan Qing Na Material Technology Co Ltd, and the Jinan innovation zone's administrative committee.
Versarien set up a Hong Kong subsidiary to become the joint venture partner, and will be used as a platform for joint ventures in other countries.
The engineering company said it has set up a framework agreement with the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, also in the Shadong province, to cover cooperation between fields of graphene research, development and industrialisation.
The framework agreement includes the potential establishment of a graphene focused operation in Qingdao.
"We are making significant progress in developing our relationships in China, both with government bodies and industry. Our discussions in Jinan regarding establishing the 'China-UK Jinan Graphene Industrial Park' continue to make good progress and I am pleased that we have signed another agreement in Shandong province to progress our Chinese plans," said Neill Ricketts, chief executive officer.
Ricketts added: "The announcement of the letter of intent in Jian led to significant interest from other parties in China and resulted in possible links with another 23 cities or companies in China, a number which has since grown."
"We are conscious that we need to establish formal relationships with the most appropriate parties and in doing so we should seek to protect, as far as possible, the company's intellectual property as well as conclude the best deal for Versarien and its shareholders."

You’re so right Fest, Apparently it only costs a few hundred quid to knee cap someone
i’m told. Everything can be bought and considering the damage that can be done to
peoples lives pittifully cheapily. So much about peoples behaviour puzzles me but
i’m a big believer in karma, you reap what you sow and I think that in the end it all
catches up with you one way or another.

Fest was just agreeing with your synopsis that some of these big guys protect their interests in unconventional ways. I would doubt guys like LOG would bother them though as he is strictly small time

Yeah of course not because that's why you put my name in the post.

It's so pathetic. Instead of childish attempts to intimidate me why not just destroy my arguments with facts to counter them. You must have realised VRS trades at 9x it's peer group. Why not provide a good reason for that instead of just getting worked up at me for pointing it out.

----------------

I’m absolutely not advocating such a terrible action Tom, I’m merely saying that there are battles worth fighting, and others most certainly not.

FGR will land a commercial sales agreement before VRS can, didn't you read their QTR report,

FGR are after him for libel? That’s made me literally laugh out loud.
