Vertigo. Testing all this belief. I simply believe we had risen pretty fast, now the relative news paucity has to cease. Microsoft in 1987. Great buying opp.

Morning everyone just buckle up and sit tight not a week to release any good news ,as any rise will be sold into.
Wall street rally this afternoon and VRS likely to follow. At last we are not being run like CAKE if I remember correctly the share was being tipped as a buy. That says it all for me .

I agree divers, looked like a distressed/fund dump to me. Or a lump left over from primary bid from last week. And the cornerstone/new players will lick their lips to get in a cheaper entry points. Aimo. Best ellis

As the U.S. markets have risen this year the Eurpean market has moved into correction territory with the Dax quite likely to fall into a bear market today if contagion is anything to go by.

However, if the European markets don’t rise when the U.S. does but falls when the U.S. markets fall. The European markets stand to offer outstanding value by comparison, watch this space.

This is all rather exciting, regardless of what side of the table you are sitting.

TBH I'm a bit bored thinking how massive VRS could be. Some time ago I became convinced that IF everything works out Versarien will become a global leader of the 2D revolution with a MC in the hundreds of billions (sound insane? If everything plays out as it could give it ten years, see where we are then). So in my own mind at least that's a given. What I'm looking for now is hard proof that the potential will be realised and be anything more than fantasy. I'm looking for a notifiably-large order (say a few 10s of Kgs to begin with), I'm looking for China. In short I'm looking for the story to move from the abstract to the concrete.

The funds can’t have many shares left, as discussed here many times before. Watching the round numbers yesterday it was apparent from yesterday’s trades that the funds were dumping imo.

I for one won't be trailing the share price by the minute over the coming weeks but will be looking out for any RNS'. Best in class products will obviously have its appeal to other companies with an eye on the future - will this market volatility provide a window of opportunity for a low ball offer for VRS?

It's the same old market game, stir it all up, wild swings both ways made worse by algorithmic trading, fleece the average punter, nice profit for black friday/xmas/winter sun holiday. Plus good entry points to sell again in may to pay for summer hols. How cynical am i lol :-) this share is sound. Holding long through the short term froth. aimo. Gla. Best ellis.

I just had to add to my holding at 147p just before last nights close. Why? Because it was not that the price had been mauled by short sellers but simply by what was really happening to world stock markets.

It has come as no surprise to me and others that the price will be in a rocky ride until the world market storm blows by. As for the shorters......as SuperG has said before - they have to buy back at some stage.........so sit back and watch.

It maybe best to not follow the market to closely during a period of correction like this. Let’s not forget that America economy is still posting circ. 3% growth year on year. A Brexit deal is apparently within touching distance and the FED WILL be under pressure to maintain an orderly market.

More importantly the story here hasn’t changed and we were seeing good volume following yesterday’s drop in the 140’s. It could be that we are underpinned from the PB but what I am sure of is any continued drop would see the market recover on very little volume by comparison.

Certainly change comming

Skoda’s first stand-alone electric car based on the Vision E concept is set to get both standard SUV and coupé variants, akin to the Kodiaq and (China-only) Kodiaq coupé.

First deliveries of the production model are due at the end of 2021, but it is not yet clear which variant will arrive first.

The Vision E concept has a coupé rear, reflecting the growing popularity of SUVs with coupé rooflines to create a more sporty appearance.

Both versions will be based on the Volkswagen Group’s electric-only MEB platform, which is being used across all of the company's brands.

The picture could be just massive with the global change that is coming and remember everyone wants to get there first .

So with our quality products support and uni pedegree
we must be well placed to be involved in a big way .

As said we only need one big global to sign up from one sector .

But it's potentially bigger than that in the global arena we are in on my view .

Pays to take a step back sometime and relook instead of swimming with tide ,take a rest snd a breather and look where the tide is taking you .

Very pleased to be here F-Fred
