Cancun, concerns understood and I agree that one has to be cautious with AIM CEOs pumping their companies (although I do believe NR is a different kettle of fish). However, when Matt Walker tells a group of investors at the golf day words to the effect of "you aint seen nothing yet" that to me is essentially third party validation that something big is going to happen here....all imo.

I can't afford it but if I could, I would be putting some money to one side now for the if / when the next PB offering materialises as it is clearly the channel of choice to raise finance.

cancun, sighhhh, nobody cares about the ISO , can understand the rest of your post but would think it is the wrong time to sell with the China... US ... and now European investment.

The size of the team has increased to cover various aspects , HMG will have something up their sleeve, I have seen some shares flying much higher on a lot less so staying put!

Pleased to see my PrimaryBid shares sitting in my trading a/c at Interactive Investors this morning. What a slick operation. All I had to do was forward the allocation email from PB to ii through their secure messaging system and they have done the rest. Despite all the warnings "can take up to XXX days to settle", there they are.

They're not going anywhere - except bed&ISA when capacity permits.

o/t but Super have you been over to the IQE BB recently? There are a couple of interesting (laughable) posts re. VRS and yourself in last few days.

That's the world of business for you! Things don't always happen when you expect especially when dealing with Countries and Blue chips who have other agendas to deal with and not just buying Graphene. I agree with some of your concerns and you must do what you need to do. I would however say that if you have concerns about what a company CEO is telling you, then would you also have concerns if being told the same thing by a government official? This is what derisks the situation for me.

If anyone wants to look up the area Gnano are in search graphene metal oxides and you will hit a lot of info on how that opens the door to performance when adding graphene into batteries and super-capacitors.

Zap and go and VRS clearly see it as an answer to taking batteries forward using graphene.

What we don't know just yet is who else is in collaboration with Gnano.

I decided to bite the bullet at 181 Tini5. Now part of the 100% club.

Just think that in two years time you will be thinking how cheap they were!

That's my name for it.

Re Gnano

Again apologies if someone has already pointed it out.

Right it seems that am issue for those trying to use GNPs in batteries is that it is in a fluid environment. So over time the platelets agglomerate. In doing that the original surface area available is dropping, so I assume performance drops.

So Gnano it seems perhaps in knowledge of that have worked on how to stop that issue. Ganao talk advanced materials not just graphene.

Their answer for the fix seems to be metal oxides (MO) which stops that issue and keeps the surface area available for an efficient battery.

On a weight ratio basis them obviously you want few layer GNPs as that is what gives the maximum surface area available per gram in the GNP group.

So if Gnano have it right what they have done is solve an issue re graphene in batteries and opened the door for the industry to develop graphene in batteries.

Exciting stuff so now it makes sense why VRS wanted in.

Gnano do say they are in the field of making graphene for battery use. VRS are good fit for them as VRS have the type of graphene they need.

So why Gnano went with VRS is now obvious.

Effectively it seems what VRS now have is a product to meet the graphene battery market and potentially is the catalyst for a graphene battery market to evolve.

My Primary Bid shares haven’t dropped in to my account yet fyg. I recall SuperG saying it could take upto a month. Even if it doesn’t take that long, if the new shares are going to be dripfed to buyers over a few days/weeks then flippers won’t have much of a dampening effect on the share price I would have thought. Especially if news arrive in the meantime :)

A great problem to have Dave, I'm looking forward to that one.

I think a key point is also licensing. `Fees paid to use `vrs methods and the end user uses their own kit on site.

Production can be dropped in to existing units anywhere in the world.

If any application requires the 600 tonnes that Neill has mentioned, it could prove difficult to get the machinery manufactured even with exclusivity from the manufacturer.

In that case, the price will increase :-)
