26/9/2018 15:28 | I concur Fest, its 176.6 to sell on HL | occultusverum1
26/9/2018 15:28 | A bit off topic, but still a bit in the dark as to how everyone got to learn of the share offer on Friday. I am with interactive investor who advised me that they have no affiliation with Primary Bid, and hence would not have notified me. Does this mean that everyone who applied were already registered with Primary Bid? | ![]() richgrumpa

26/9/2018 15:03 | It keeps saying that it's 175p to sell, but it's not! It's nearer 177p, like it has been all day. It's rock solid underlying whatever the MMs or ADVFN want to pretend. They don't know what I know! | ![]() festario
26/9/2018 14:50 | Gnanomat. First up my near term excitement isn't about Gnanomat but it is exciting if you knew what I know. What I need to establish is some from details behind it, not nods and winks, none of which are from VRS or anyone connected to them BTW. Add in it was said that Gnano also opens the door to EU backing which they've already had. So it's not just about XXX but about the likelihood of the combination getting considerable backing. Now if they do have tech and it's a lead then certain sectors are absolutely gagging for a breakthrough. I'm also mindful that if Gnano are at on collaborations then being private they had no need to announce them, BUT once VRS finalise the deal, if there is anything there then VRS may be obliged to announce it. I'm guessing on that point. Gnano seem to be taking a shares option, we don't know what they know. | ![]() superg1
26/9/2018 14:38 | On the production line but of 2 years. I'm not sure if the others commenting are doing so with my thought process. I don't think it's a graphene blocker but a supply line blocker. First up, having exactly what VRS have won't allow you to make Nanene, you have to know the recipe. Such demand for kit could take off. So here are my thoughts re 24 months. VRS want to be the supplier to China for kit and have other customers to serve. The 2 years imo buys then a window of time for exclusivity to meet demand. EG If Company X went ahead with VRS and got a licensing deal then they may order from the VRS supplier at which point timelines slip for others. Complete control of the kit for 2 years would allow them to give solid timelines and allow the supplier to ramp up on expected demand. So with the 2 years to get the kit they have to go through VRS. Smart move imo and without VRS the kit is useless, so it's win win for both the supplier and VRS. All about making sure IF the accelerator pedal starts to get pressed that they have solid control of supply routes and can give reliable timelines to customers. During that period, being an engineering firm they may well have developed their own kit. Perhaps VRS didn't want to be tied in longer for that reason, I can only guess. | ![]() superg1
26/9/2018 14:37 | I made an inference that use of the word "tangible" implied paperwork exchanging hands, ie. something physical, rather than just talking about the outline of a deal. All open to interpretation of course - my take is usually going to be positive where VRS is concerned :-) | ![]() tini5
26/9/2018 14:26 | Sonny You need to add in that I know these guys don't do BS. So when they said 'tangible' 'close', 'near' in answer to various points then it's potentially very close in all departments mentioned. I've had two shocks in the last week. Fund raise/Gnanomat rns Friday and then the amount that came to the AGM. I went up to Sam of VRS when I got there and said, "You've got to be kidding me, you don't seriously think you are going to fill this place do you" He said "You haven't been answering my phone re people wanting to some" Thankfully about 50 couldn't make it. | ![]() superg1
26/9/2018 14:22 | superg ramping it ! I got the impression from the posts that David Kerr wanted to say more, so thought he is excited too 🌞 I like the word tangible, you can almost touch it, nice one ridicule. | ![]() luckyorange
26/9/2018 14:12 | Superg1, is this connected to when you were asked to stop talking at the AGM? | ![]() rafboy
26/9/2018 14:11 | Well spotted Ben. Always DYOR research but perhaps you have picked up that I'm getting excited. | ![]() superg1
26/9/2018 14:10 | Well if Gnanomat is connected to what I'm looking at, the tech works, and and that is to be a serious like up then this share price would be history and far more than a unicorn on it's own. If you had an AIM good battery tech, breakthrough and XXX signed up in the current climate re batteries then it would carry a high MC imo, an AIM flyer. So plenty of digging to do. On the Zap and Go front I heard long back they hadn't got it quite right and needed the final piece. I think they have found it. | ![]() superg1
26/9/2018 14:06 | Very unlike you to mention specific short term price targets SG. Given you clearly know a lot more than I do, I will take that as a very encouraging sign, but definitely not as financial advice :) | ![]() foolishben
