So to those intent on spreading lies.

Over 100 blue chip companies in NDAs.

NDA process explained.

They don't like to put out news out for the sake of it hence recent innovate grants and acceptance onto the graphene flagship just completed .€1 billion funding there.

Talks with large company last week very exciting want it in all products NDA sorted.

Various other very positive bits and diffrent companies at different stages in the NDAs carbon fibre batteries and various other products.

I think the mention of sales up 25% this year for the underlying companies is a bit of a slip, hey ho.

Ok I've now bought 293,000 lets see where we go now I'm very pleased to have got all these below the 15p levelThink distressed sellers took this to low in a period of no good news But that should change as I am sure VRS are talking to many big companies !! Chart looks good for a bounce imho

I am no expert on this company's products but I do know that when things go quiet that can be for positive reasons especially in a sector where commercial sensitivity is important.

Backlights to my old post PC on that front, As you can see they ran out in 2012 IOF will conform that as SQM had none left to see to them IOF were a customer pre producing their own.

That's an old post I'll add in 2015 and 2016 but as you can see they were on about 2,300 tonnes of inventory going into 2015

Keep me posted on the FCA front as I have a couple of investigations going on I have initiated but heard diddly squat in fact the pride themselves on being able to hide behind the official secrets act!! Which allows them to just park sensitive issues and in effect to nowt So if you can find a way to put the FCA brilliant its high time the up fought back for all the city injustice Go get em floyd

Bought my shares and I will sit on them for a year or two (or longer) what will be will be.

Portably my last AIM investment here as having looked at so many it's full of crooks be it on the company or Nomad side or claimed 'investors'.

Many think not they are doing is fine but that's due to complacency. There laws around fraud and deception are complicated and cover just about everything.

Pecuniary advantage is a simple one that many getting jobs breach on a regular basis, the evidence of which is normally in the CV. Few know about it but many fall foul of it.

In law many aspects have different wording an meanings so each has to be broken down.

EG

False representation

False representation is the most common foundation for actions in fraud and deceit and for equitable relief on the ground of fraud. Usually, false representations can be made by acts, words, or by any of the ways in which ideas may be communicated from one person to another.

As I'm now moving down the road of helping deal with companies and nomads I an absolutely stuffed full of information where I know companies and nomads have been lying and can prove it.

That option has only just come up so now perhaps in the future I can make money from doing what I been doing for years at heart expose in terms of time and effort (and earache). Trying to warn PIs of false news and deceit. There has been no real pathway to sort it previously but now doors are opening.

I couldn't give a damn if some posters PIs get caught up in the cases, they shouldn't post lies for their own gain.

I'm hoping this will become a trend and we can start to get some money back for screwed over PIs and deal with the dodgy lot be it brokers, Nomads, companies or posters.

I here some say but there is nothing to sue a poster for. That's not about suing that's about files going to the criminal side so that those that started it feel understand how ruining the lives of some can come back and bite you very hard indeed.

No win no fee not as good as it suggests. The legal profession who go for no win no fee only have to claim a penny compensation and that would be a win! They make certain they are on the right side.

It is genuinely my belief that patience will be rewarded in the not too distant future. There is an AGM coming up on 13th September. I would not be surprised at all if we heard something before then.

I still own shares in VRS reduced by 50% no more comments from me about the dire share price performance these past few years. We invest to make money, unless you are a trader VRS up until now has only lost you money. Honest GLA on here.

Phoenix I didn't say Neil Ricketts is a shambles, as far as I can tell he is a honest hard working CEO. THE share price and hence the company performance has been a bit of a shambles this past few years. Look at the chart.SuperG I do not know NR , my gripe here m8 is the hype going into the placing lots of talking and jam since but no substance or delivery. Maybe I need a little more patience. Rant over.
