A transfer would just be two big trades this is not a transfer this is a worked sell order for sure prob at 14.5 will see a big late trade I am sure when its completed

Good area to accumulate as when PEEL move from the offer, share price will move sharply. Very impressed with the recent interview and feel that news could drop anytime.

Hope it does not ping before 1440, my top-up today goes through in the daily bulk buy by Transact at that time. Highly unsuitable set up for day traders, but cheap as chips trading for longer-termers like me.

Superg, Imho there is stock being cleared via PEEL. Peel hasn't accumulated enough stock below 14.75p to sell on at a profit @ 14.75p.

On the pension fund bit. I looked up old posts for clues and note the pension fund had 8 mill in 2014, 10.4 mill in 2015 and 16.9 mill as of Q3 16.

So they have been accumulating them.

re the Stratclyde pension fund. Those were fed through Henderson which is the old holder of the recent rns (fund name changed).

I'm on my phone and will hunt for other docs later, but....

As of Q3 2016 the pension fund had around 16.9 million Versarien shares. So you can deduct those from the fund holding. The fund was simply used to acquire the shares for the pension fund.

I know as I checked why the pension fund is not shown as a notifiable holder.

More are held by someone else via Henderson, I'll check who later.
