Slide 12 of the Report shows that a number of results are expected either shortly (2) or within the next two months (2). Possible there could be an order by year-end - although how big and from who is anybody's guess...

Blown film seems very popular, whatever that is ;-)

Am I right in thinking someone said on here that Liam Fox is heading to China, if so did they say when?

Yeah, SuperG, but as I said that morning, this is a named collaboration, with full comments from AXIA attached.Plus, the products mention means a whole lot of inks and Nanene required, potentially.

Most likely bone of contention is each Chinese interest wants exclusivity and Neill won't hand over the keys to the kingdom.

Glad he's sticking to his guns, everyone deserves the benefit of graphene (as well as my PF balance :-) )

ps

Not forgetting that only a week our two ago many were saying collaboration news won't shift the share price anymore.

Many have said that repeatedly all the way up the share price strong climb.

So the 1 LOI china news is now 13 considering a JV and 17 proposals. Nice to have a fight going on over Nanene. China number 3 (Shandong) won't be happy if the civil servant side lose him his promotion plan.

He also said he would concentrate on the US in the next quarter so they don't get left behind, which also adds weight to argument it's closer than we think

Rock, If - say - 80% of votes were cast by proxy in favour of a standard motion(which is usually the case) then one rogue interloper, will not succeed in overturning that resolution.

Company Officers are usually well aware as to who large shareholders are, and are aware if they are in the room at the time of a vote. And will keep an eye on how they vote, albeit they are likley to have already had interaction with that shareholder if they are - shall we say - 'troublesome'.

Cheers - Spike

I hope the company isn't toooo laid back when it comes to validation of votes on agm motions. If voting is found to have involved someone not entitled, and a challenge is made, the whole of the voting can be invalidated (not just the motions on which voting was close). (There are mischievous characters who might engineer exactly that).

NOTE: This was taken from a source more than two decades old; maybe someone can verify if still applicable, and specifically whether applicable to AIM-listed stocks where regulations are less tight (and often less tightly enforced).

EDIT: SEE POST --987 FOR CORRECTION.
