22/8/2018 08:59 | SP: actual mid is significantly higher i.e. 141, there is a DMA of 5k at 140 giving a false price, first 'real' MM is at 143 | spike_1
22/8/2018 08:57 | Thanks for replies guys. Am I the only one transfixed to my monitor and holding my breath? | woodpeckers

22/8/2018 08:49 | Was hoping for a dip to top up, guess I'll wait | sonsonnyjim
22/8/2018 08:46 | WUZY: re more cash, Jeez' - no imagination some people! Obviously time to sell the sofa, and ... I mean ... how many kidneys do you really need. | spike_1

22/8/2018 08:42 | I'm not sure those keyboard warriors are that brave club | chimpandy1
22/8/2018 08:42 | And did you know ..... technically those shareholders present can decide themselves at the time, if they wish the meeting to be chaired by someone other than a company officer, i.e. a shareholder from the floor. This is what you need to do if you want to try and oust the current Board, and have YOUR company go in a different direction. I've only ever been at a meeting once where that happened (about 45 years ago). | spike_1
22/8/2018 08:41 | Wish l had more cash but sofa is empty now, this is ready for next leg up in my humble opinion. | wuzy
22/8/2018 08:41 | Maybe Neil's hoping some of the shorters will infiltrate the AGM, be scared by what they hear and close their positions ;-) | club sandwich
22/8/2018 08:41 | How recent would the letter have to Be? Say I got a letter from my broker now, there would be nothing to stop me selling before the AGM. I'm certainly not going to touch a share for the record for the forceable future. | chimpandy1
22/8/2018 08:38 | Where was the dip? | 1teepee
22/8/2018 08:37 | Spot on spike | wuzy
22/8/2018 08:37 | Letter of representation is what my broker gives me to confirm I hold shares in their nominee account. | cheek212
22/8/2018 08:36 | I would add, that technically the Company Sec' should (and usually is at the AGM) and they can cross reference you with the shareholders register to see if and how many 'votes' you represent. This usually only happens if the event is likely to include contentious motions, such as reducing the Chair's remuneration, options etc. Cheers - Spike | spike_1
22/8/2018 08:34 | Cheek Not even the nomad bothered to turn up last time and they are supposed to be there. Good old Wh Ireland eh, it was good to get rid of them. | superg1
22/8/2018 08:32 | Cheek, technically you are right, BUT I've been to quite a few AGM's where simply signing in has been the norm. Equally I've been to others one particular Bioprogress AGM where they did everything possible not to let you in and actually had bouncers between the floor and the raised platform. Scrutable I'm sure you remember that AGM! The fact is that votes at a meeting are single hands being raised (regardless of the number of shares you hold) and on it's own is fairly meaningless because II's will have given their proxy to the Chair (usually), and that will outweigh a room full of pi's. Not forgetting Neill has around 15m shares (?). Best wishes - Spike | spike_1
22/8/2018 08:32 | Without documents you can be allowed in as a non voting observer. But don't advise that.Just get a letter from bro,Key (by pdf) and print it...voila. | alchemy
22/8/2018 08:31 | Not needing to register to attend is not the same as not needing proper documentation to gain entry and particularly to be able to vote. | willoicc
22/8/2018 08:27 | A letter from your broker is what I've taken to other agm,s stating you are a shareholder, then again Neill seems pretty laid back concerning attendance.cheers | wuzy
