I think timescale is an interesting topic. Still can't believe how much this company has changed since I bought in last November. Anyone selling because they think things aren't going to happen anytime soon could be making a big mistake IMO. I agree, most companies would need years to get from a garage to a unicorn but VRS seems to have enhanced power behind them.

Usual morning drop in share price I see - MMs chipping away at the share price daily as per typical AIM share with no news, as traders get bored and sell up. New news required to increase volumes again.

This will continue to dribble away due to boredom. Too many have been overexcited by the timescale and at this time of year it doesn't take much volume to move it. (Hopefully upwards as well)

I think part of the trouble is that we have been spoilt with a very strong newsflow so now if a week goes by without an rns some folks get panicky.

Come on guys, we're all grown ups, we shouldn't need reassurance every day.

As far as the orders coming in goes, yes seeing it in black & white will be good, I can't deny that, but Neill has all but told us that they are in the bag as far as he and Chris are concerned, otherwise they wouldn't have ordered the machinery.

He's doing his best to 'hold our hands', just try to have a little faith.

Got to have a bit of fun in those quiet moments, I know money is a very serious issue but a little speculation keeps you on your toes!

Upside , got enough money to keep going until next results and no funding required at present unless an unmissable opportunity turns up.

Production scaled up from what was it, 5 grams to 10 kilos a week?

Biggest one twelve months back was that Neill was doing it all himself (with CFO of course), team expanded to cover various aspects.

While I use twitter myself and also got to know a lot from NR tweets, I hope he will learn from Elon Musk tweets (e.g. funding secured when it wasn't). It is very easy to slip and these days people take screenshots even if you delete your tweets and then later, they scrutinise/hunt you. The more the info, the better but being careful is equally important.

Whilst not wishing to add to 'wild speculation' (read 'ramping'), I do wonder that when the charity golfing day date was set, it was anticipated that there would be positive vibes due recently released good news (at that point).

For me - short of further left field events - some sort of significant nanene order (possibly related to the increased nanene capability (3 tonnes) might have been announced by then).

Ho hum - we shall see. Certainly we know from Neill that the U.S. Graphene council (part of the NGA) were intending to 'recognise' VRS as the world's first / leading genuine 'certified' - few layer - commercial graphene producer, and that the testing process would take place during August.

We also know that a week ago, the Graphene Council had spent the week in the U.K. on a graphene related visit, taking in the NGI amoungst others. It is very reasonable to assume that was related to the Council's intention to 'certify' VRS.

Possibly it is the result of that 'certification'(a time frame that may have been identifiable), that will produce the 'vibes' to accompany the golf.

We shall see ;0)

There is no evidence from that tweet he is in California. Time is in UK time and it’s the normal time he tweets. Please lets not speculate because it just gives shorters ammunition.

I believe Neill is currently in Calafornia. He just tweeted a reply to the question "@neillricketts Hi Neill. I know this years AGM is on the 25th September but have you announced where it's being held.? Cheers" His reply came back a few minutes later at 12:24 am 14th August at a point 8 hours behind the UK. US/Calafornia is 8 hours behind UK time. His twitter reply was "All in good time , will be announced soon with annual report details."

Possibly we will have a RNS today explaining why he's not been on twitter:)......VRS is pleased to announce to the market that in anticipation of their forthcoming golf day CEO, Neill Ricketts been practising his golf and is now hitting the ball:)
