I suggest your interpretation of the definition is wrong then as many companies publish price sensitive information whilst in a close period for financial results.

andrea - NR has explained his recent share sale and he has previously sold knowing that information likely to increase the share price was imminent. If you wish to deramp you really must try harder.

We've already had an RNS this week since entering the close period last week so your logic is floored. If there is news, it will be released - the Director is duty bound to release ASAP not after the results.

Andrei12 .. if you had done your research you would know that our CEO has a history of selling pre a rise in the share price and usually for charitable purposes...

I felt like a right idiot when I first bought my shares at over £1 before the big drop. As the share price was down in the 60s I strongly contemplated getting out but the more research I did into VRS the more confident I became in what was evolving here. I was able to average down and now I am in profit!I'm not worried about non VRS graphene trainers on the market. The graphene market is going to be huge! There is room for more than 1 player in this game. Personally though I still believe that VRS will be way ahead of any competitor's.I believe that anyone who is currently underwater will be very happy with their puchases very soon.As always this is just my own opinion Chimp
