Hydrus, agree re Mr T.
He prompted me to look at i3e which is an interesting oil stock he's in and I've taken a position there now too.

Bought some more ZOO back today, guess it might drop some more but wasn't sure if I'd get the chance again sub 150 before today.

Specialists can be very good, Hydrus.
cbootle on ARC also.
The difference between informed opinion backed up by data and confirmation bias.

I was reading about the low quality films on the streamers (Netflix) and that Twentieth Century Fox, HBO and Disney, that own top class content, are coming up on the rail to challenge the companies that originated from streaming — by streaming their own content.

I was at my daughters and said "Alexa, play Eddie Reader". Now, I have a compilation of the best of Eddie Reader and know her work from soup to nuts - or so I thought.
After half an hour there wasn't a single track that matched my compilation and loads of mediocre stuff that I had never heard.

Interesting. ZOO benefits WhicheverWhichwayisUp.

Mr T on ZOO thread is the best contributor in the whole ADVFN boards I think. Really superb stuff.

Apad - Point taken. Still 50 pennies ;-) But more pennies than M's to be sure!

Will be watching ZOO for any further weakness. Last time I topped up was 106p + costs.

Took the sucker punch.
102 Rsw @ £53.883739p

Bought back 100shares I sold +2 that cost me £7.995 each.

I have my core number back now, plus a couple more.
Must be insane to deal for a couple of shares:-)

ZOO was about 50p at the year start, L.

M's were 2.4p and 1.4p.

Thanks from me too Apad.

typical of penny shares - he has two - not suitable for Comparison.

Could have said that about ZOO at the start of the year! Only +171.7% to date ;-)

Congrats to janeann and Apad for the great form so far. Others in double digit percentage gains should also be congratulated :-)

Thanks again for doing the comp APAD.

Ive been following the markets lately however I am mostly invested in funds as I mentioned before.
my portfolio in order
Google
Fundsmith global
buffettology fund
Lindsell global
Lindsell Japan
amazon

I'm enjoying the relative calm in the porty whilst I've been busy.

But I've got to say Hydrus reignited my interest with his ZOO ten bag+
I remember GKP making me loadsa lolly. pure luck.

A great investment like zoo or fever or the many others mentioned on here could really justify the time spent researching and sifting through the rubbish.

regards next years comp I'll only put up my 5 if I think they will really offer some worth.

cheers gang

Thanks apad. Pity Hydrus didn't enter - would have been interesting with his interest in Zoo. and surprised fevr hasn't added more to your gain.

Agree the comments re next year. And 7 months in my holdings for next year would be the same as this. Zoo would be a serious contender tho.

BOO slowly going nowhere for reasons given above.
FEVR that old familiar pattern.
TSTL a slow train shaken by director sales.
BVXP unique.
ABC the amazon of antibodies, perfect BTFD stock.

Overall figures - powered by ARC

Stalwarts hammering yesterday stars. 7 falls to five rises. The past does not predict the future.

Mattjos fall from leader to nowhere typical of penny shares - he has two - not suitable for Comparison.

Some big changes in the orders.

Interesting comparisons between entries with a mixture of success and failure and 5 positives. My prejudice - avoid failure at all costs. Wish I could do it.

It'll be interesting to compare this year's end result with last year.

IF WE DO IT AGAIN SHOULD LIMIT ENTRIES TO FOLKS WHOV'E POSTED ON THE BOARD OVER THE LAST YEAR? Oops not meant to be capitals. Too many folks I've not seen before or since.

janeann is the stand out success.

Sorry for the day's delay - travelling.

ps
Dacian, I think the key issue is to identify the mMIMO antenna's competitors and whether it has an advantage, rather than the financial position.

Asked myself the same thing on the rns this morning dacian.
Whether it could get back to its glory days (roll out of mobile phone aerials) is a difficult question. I would need definite evidence that its fortunes are turning.
I intend to have a look, but it is not high on my list of priorities.

Trading LLOY today, red? Will PPI never end? I think .gov likes it - unlike RBS' dreadful behaviour to small companies, which it doesn't care a jot about.
