Well done Apad. Don't look at AMER though. As a long term buy and hold you will probably do OK but in the short term it is being a bad puppy!

Well, enjoy FEVR APAD. I held from £2 but I had to sell out at £10 due to a business conflict at that time but I've been annoyed since! Having said that I was able to buy back in around £28 but decided not to as thought was expensive so hey no one to blame. Doubt I'd have had the stomach to hold much of the stake I had at £2 still.

FEVR reaction again surprising - the trick must be to have artificially low broker expectations and then beat them. Easy money.UK growth very good but everywhere else was pants. All about that US distribution agreement.

Update on Ltg out. One of my competition picks that has been doing very well.
They have made two acquisitions, so comparatives are difficult.
It looks to be going the right way though.

Bullish from Brum:-)

TLS, Chootle, I have updated investhog to restrict quoted queries.

For instance, "no debt" will exactly match companies reporting no debt.

QTX - well run business but how is its visibility of future earning due to threats from manufacture installed devices, or perhaps smart phone apps?

APAD and I had a debate about a year ago or so where I said the share price is unlikely to go anywhere because it's too highly rated. I tend to think the same can be said now. Growth isn't impressive but it's on high rating. Better places to put ones hard earned money I would suggest.

I wouldn't mind owning QTX. I quite like the reporting, presentations, accounting policies(!) but have never been able to understand the valuation given the numbers.

Seems a reasonable assessment, gsb.
I wasn't being numerical - it's just that I tend to avoid companies when everyone is talking about them. I prefer it when the crowd gets bored and flocks to another celebrity.

ARC valuation doesn't strike me as particularly off the charts. Prior to pre-annc, EPS estimate for 6/18 was 4.7p and 5.5p for 6/19. Annc says £3.2m of cash at 30 Jun which is 25p/share. So, 133p-25p=108p for ex-cash share price and using 5.5p is about 19.6x forward PE before adjusting 6/19 for "comfortably ahead". It's not obviously cheap anymore but it was trading at an extreme discount to a reasonable value. 19.6x forward is not unreasonable for a growing subscription business. StatPro offers little to no organic growth but equally secure revenues and trades on mid- to high-twenties P/E.

Took a position in TM17 at 245p last week thanks for the debate on here about games companies. Looks strong currently but we shall see over coming months.

RPC, one of my competition selections has perked up, although still seriously under-performing.
Apparently there is vague talk that it might be 'in play' because the share price is so miserable.

Hoping from Hove.

Added a few more QTX ahead of results.
Well run company with a decent yield.
Celebrities like ARC and ZOO felt too glamorous.
