Interesting drip, drip of NT (negotiated) trades this morning until about 10 am, mostly very close to 2200 shares and at mid-price.
Nothing since the price ticked up above 101p - Cause or effect??

Diesel-Legal & General don't share the director's enthusiasm having sold well over 30M shares recently. Hopefully the drag on the share price is over but they or others may still be unloading. I'm hanging on hoping for better days.

Wrt director buys, those running the company think this a good investment, they could be wrong but it does say something!

Thanks for that Donay. What we do know is that the questions raised by FDA have now been or are being addressed and the directors remain confident of the substitutability of the device.Flutiform is also performing well.The recent accounts took a massive hit with the write down of the Skyepharma assets, this is a one off and going forward the headline profits should be relatively good.I get the impression that the directors threw everything at the accounts, so that most of the bad news is now out of the way. If you have a bad half year you may as well make it really bad, as you are going to be punished in the markets anyway.I am feeling more positive about this company now than I have been for some time.

jimboyce... neither VEC directors or anyone else knows what the FDA decision will be. The only thing anyone knows is that it will be sometime next year! The VEC directors know nothing and neither do the HIK directors. No-one knew what the decision would be last time round even though the writing was very clearly on the wall... and no-one will know what it's going to be this time round. The decision is not in anycase due until sometime towards the middle of next year and at the moment, even if we ignore the head honcho at the FDA's vested interest connections... even the FDA don't know what their decision will be. It's all conjecture, it may all be even put back yet another year.... which is why the share price is where it is!
