08/8/2023 14:42 | Who is Monecor? | wulber
08/8/2023 13:25 | Monecor one of valirx biggest holders is shorting the stock 👌 | jasonpugh
08/8/2023 13:06 | So what’s the consensus on the placing price? IF H1 statement gets released end of this month 31/8 as in previous years the market will quickly calculate cash runway is circa 4 months. I am going to stand by placing at 3.5p but that’s only if some news can come soon to pump the share price to 9p so it looks more attractive and it secures support. Logical step if they get support would be to issue the H1 and drop the placing confirmation same or next day. Get all your bad news out at the same time and move forward. Trouble is, if they only raise 700 or 800k it only extends the runway by another four months but might be enough time to get some lab contracts in to push it on a bit more. Not long to find out... | porky9
08/8/2023 11:46 | @JasonPugh Or could be that I follow a number of penny shares.... Spooky that.. No fluff news today here, pump attempt sold into very quickly. @franco You forgot to add “Very” They are “Very Well earned Bonuses” I will have you know. On a serious note though, placing discounts have gone crazy in this sector, when bio’s are starting looking at 85%+ discount you know its a tough market. Problem is in a funding drought there are so many mouths to feed. | porky9
08/8/2023 10:21 | Pump arriving on queue here. Allows a few to get out. Most will be left holding the baby for more director salaries and more importantly well earned bonuses. | francoismyname
08/8/2023 07:30 | Food for thought 3. As i was saying. Over on the aptamer lse chat where professor adam Hargreaves hasjust been recently appointed to the board IT Appears that my suspicions have been confirmed regarding the coordination between slater and porky. Look at porkys historical posts and look at slaters ake vera on lse and nico on advfn. NOW look at porky posted on APTAMER. You see where slater goes porky follows. A very sophisticated team imho. Same pattern of manipulation. Whats frustrating the lse site know this and allow it. Naive new investors will be misled by this coordination and yet they allow it as porky is premium member. Outrageous DYOR | jasonpugh
07/8/2023 12:27 | @Jasonpugh You make a lot of assumptions...... jeeze.. I haven't completed any research into Aptamer so don't know enough about it, my only observation is that it has revenues of £1.7m and just raised £3m odd at 1p so on paper represents a far better investment play that VAL. That being said, i didn't like the fact that the two principles were drawing best part of £1m between them in salary and benefits, nice work if you can get it, it is clearly structured for more raises and they have tried to get burn under control so will be interesting how events unfold. Certainly worth a small "punt" but would need to know a lot more about it before i took a sizable position. As for VAL, quite simply they could do with some fluff news, another lab contract, a SPV, add an evaluation anything at all to pump the price up to say 9p-10p to try and get the placing away at 4p otherwise we are probably looking at a 2p or 3p raise IF it gets support. The results due end of this month wont help their cause at all either as will show the increased cash burn and highlight the fact that cash runs out end of this year. ideally they could do with releasing the results and the placing news at the same time. Will be interesting how they handle this. At the end of the day VAL evidently didn't want Adam on their board. He is now on the board of APTAMER. IF i was Adam, frankly i would sell my entire VAL holding now at 6-7p before the raise hits. Then if anything worth buying post the raise i would bid for it and reverse it into either Aptamer where he is a director or his own small lab business PathCelerate Ltd. Business is Business. Panu wont be buying shares in VAL anytime soon and she is right not to. The stock is unstable, its a long way off and she has made her position VERY clear.in line with the rest of the board. Suzy herself has her own family to think of. As for if Nick is shorting, that's his own business personally i doubt it, only small change to be made and there are far better stocks to short if he was interested. Also, short tracker has no declared shorts. As for II investing, not going to happen with the board as it is, material changes required. As for Nick paying me, LOL 1) what are you smoking Jason and 2) can you send me some. Take care | porky9
07/8/2023 08:52 | Food for thought 2. Interesting that vera aka slater is active on adams company (sorry newly appointed to position in the company) APTAMER Group and wants to join adams telegram group there on lse chat. 🥸🫣 | jasonpugh
07/8/2023 07:15 | Food for thought IF.. 201 and theoremrx are successful..Panu buys CLX001 potential buyer..Panu buys 301 clinical tie up with external pharma..Panu buys 401 and Suzys pet black cat is successful..Panu buys Financial forecast good for the lab contracts..Panu buys WHY is panu not buying then you may ask? Why do the directors not want adam on the board? As a new possible big institutional investor reading these facts would you think they would be interested in buying? Why do you think nick slater is shorting valirx and paying porky to deramp? His extensive experience in trading speaks volumes. 😉 DYOR | jasonpugh
03/8/2023 15:12 | You’re a stalker at best Porkys f ing weirdo. And you still try in on. Rumbled big style. | 412069
03/8/2023 15:00 | What utter utter BS This board is to discuss the stock - that is all The fact i don't agree with the ramping crew over on LSE has FA to do personalities. I have ZERO issues with Suzy, i think she is a brilliant scientist end of. I just think she is in the wrong role and lacks decent support. Its that simple. Funny how chief ramper pm2022 never mentioned that Adam was now a Director at APTA, amazing that little GEM was kept off the Board | porky9
03/8/2023 14:57 | At least we understand the agenda now. Creepy and obsessive. Yucky. | siliconmark
03/8/2023 13:56 | @ porky Definitely buisness deal happened between professor adam Hargreaves and valirx board before agm to secure his votes. | jasonpugh
03/8/2023 12:37 | Ps. Interestingly Turner Pope act for both APTA and VAL | porky9
03/8/2023 12:29 | I wouldn’t say Conned, that’s harsh. It’s a tough climate out there and the BOD are clueless and changes were required but Adam didn’t act when he had the opportunity. The issue now is that the cash burn is too high and not sustainable. They need the raise before the year end and the H1 results due any moment will highlight that. But if cash burn remains at £200k pcm you are asking investors to give you cash simply to extend your runway by a few more months before another cash call. I mean would you buy even at 3.5p knowing that another 30m of shares would net them about £1m after costs and simply extend the cash runway to May 24? That’s if they secured the support? For this to be investable this desperately needs a) BOD changes b) cash burn seriously reduced to a more manageable level and c) change in direction. If I was Adam I would be tempted to let them burn out, sell his entire holdings to get some cash out, watch the mcap drop to £1-2m max and them bid to reverse any assets worth having into APTA. Be interesting how this plays out but it’s a creation of the boards own doing frankly - how they allowed burn to get back to pre April 21 levels is beyond me after last time. | porky9
03/8/2023 12:03 | Exactly porky postcode CV11 6UZ. Stinks rotten. Wonder what adam Hargreaves was offered for his votes at last agm? Makes you wonder hey ! Panu still not buying. SH been misled into thinking theoromrx rx will be done. Suzys 401 progress. Zero. Even 301 and CLX001 brought into their own lab so they can orchestrate a really good review. Feild day for fca. 🥸😇 | jasonpugh
03/8/2023 11:42 | BTW Chief ramper PM2022 has been posting on the APTA stock board on LSE hence he knew full well from the RNS issued that Adam had gone over. Hence, why he has stopped ramping | porky9
03/8/2023 11:19 | @porky. Thanks 👍. Ive been speaking to a guy at FCA. About misleading comments from suzy on her twitter account and her emails to investors (of which 6 have sent me copies ) and ive sent them to him. He would not commit on stages of enquiry but said “ its in the public interest for the fca to investigate all complaints “. Not sure what happens next. Time will tell hey suzy and adam 😉 | jasonpugh
03/8/2023 11:12 | @JasonPugh Hands up - you were right. I’m not breaking the news to them on LSE, they will find out soon enough. let them ramp their way out of that. | porky9 |
