@Sean
Credit where its due, good find..
No idea then, clearly its two separate legal entities. Looks to me that Ventures was started AFTER the business in Finland. The CTO representing both entities.

Maybe Satu's plan was to use the UK offshoot to do business here??? who knows, BUT now Suzy has concluded some arrangement direct with Finland. Guess we will know soon enough, should anything come from this, sounds like a storm in a tea cup.

As a side, IF what Jason says is right and Satu is furious, i think Kevin will need to lock the doors and hire a few bouncers at the AGM, we have seen her kick off before.... oh the drama...

@JasonPugh
To be fair, Suzy has already confirmed this is a DIFFERENT company. Satu represented UK business OncoBone Ventures Limited and this agreement is with a Finland based and registered business called OncoBone Ltd.

So, Satu doesn’t really have any complaint, they are two different legal entities. I do find it odd that both have similar names, both offer virtual services and both in the exact same sector but as I say, she has no complaint that I can see?

Anyhow you can agree a supply contract with anyone you like, key is if you actually supply any business under it.

I think if Suzy had just given that bit more detail in the RNS such as the contract value is estimated to be worth X or Y, it would have been more credible. Or if she couldn’t, some indicative information about OncoBone Limited such as they work with x number of clients, revenues of Y etc etc just to give some perspective to what the relationship might be worth.

Anyhow Suzy might give more details at the AGM, meanwhile as I say, I can’t see Satu having any issues but WTFDIK

@porky.Had LinkedIn messages from George Morris and satu. They are furious with the oncobone rns.
Satu vainikka-kautola reply. “..i have to think a bit what to do. Will do something, this is not on at all. Good thing i have 15 years experience dealing with aim and companies”. DYOR

Interesting how markets interpret RNS releases, Obviously the 201 issue “will they won’t they ever get funded” ongoing debacle continues. What is interesting is that Asktraders, who I read periodically but take with a pinch of salt, back in Jan 22 so article over a year old now, had the following to say about the SERVICE agreement aspect:

So, they were effectively saying at the time, the share price has declined because it highlighted that the main deal might not complete DESPITE revenue was going to now flow and be back dated from the start for the ongoing service work.

Now we find more than a year later nothing was ever paid for the service work either, makes you wonder if some smarter holders closer to the action knew THX we’re not going to pay anything for service work hence why they sold on what was effectively a really positive RNS

Whatever anyhow, such a bloody shambles this far on and still no phase trials for 201. Sooner they ditch the exclusivity the better. There has to be someone somewhere that can at least get 201 into trials to see if it can work or not?

Porkys very last comment on dddd on lse. 1st April 2023 06:10hrs.
“What this whole debacle regarding 4d tells us is that realistically the valuations that the brokers assign to these AIM plays often bares no resemblance whatsoever to realistic company value. Never has it been truer that something is only worth what someone will pay for it”

@412069
Would have been approx Feb 24 with current cash burn however that was before the bonuses and the recent spend on Imagen assets. So you are looking now at circa 6 months cash runway to the year end.
It would be crazy to leave until the death, best to sort the board, then sort the placing and direction. Time will tell anyhow.

As you say, wait and see :)

Bit of pump money gone in today to try and hold the share price up at this artificial level, but futile effort, VAL will still place at whatever then can secure at. I remember the 10p placing, the share price was 18p at the time, it slid to 12p then to 10p just before the news landed.

Daja vu - @francious Mark me down for 5p but provision to revise to 3.5p April 21 levels if news of 201 being pulled from THX lands beforehand.
