Really feel for adam. Tried to encourage board to buys shares but unfortunately fell on deaf eyes.
Cox again uses long long long long term vision ( 400 placings ).

Thanks for your advice but I have carried out my own research and happy to contribute as I see fit. These Boards should be more about sharing comments not an echo chamber.

Should circumstances at the company change you never know, but for the moment I sit on the side lines.

For me Had the BOD changed, i.e Gerry, Kevin and Martin gone and Suzy moved to head sciences with a new dynamic CEO appointed i would be all over this like a rash. I was actually kind of hoping that would be the case and shocked that they all remain.

In fact Gerry specifically who resided over both the April 21 crash and the emergency placing i thought was odds on guaranteed to be voted off but clearly perhaps Adam must have voted to keep them all, i will be interested in the vote numbers?

Further, contacts i have wont back it in the current format either, they see it as a lifestyle business, so I would be on my own. I'm much happier buying if i think a family office or small investment house will take a position. This lacks any level of II support because of the decisions made.

As it stands its business as usual, they will continue to spend as they try and build the lab business. I believe that will take a number of years and a number of further raises, as such i believe the upside VERY limited and the current value over priced significantly.

The market now needs to see results not JAM tomorrow. Anyhow, good luck to you. Maybe they will surprise us but i don't see how doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome is a good idea?

KNOWING: Cash burn back up to pre April 21 levels including payment of bonus awards. Placement 6 due any moment that will add to dilution. ALL of the existing board reappointed including the deadwood, Gerry, Kevin and Martin, our prize asset 201 tied up in an exclusive with no end in sight

Mcap April 21 = £2.25m

Mcap today June 23 = £8m

Trying to understand your logic? Would you buy VAL in this current state, no revenue in 15 years, 3 125:1 consolidations and a cash call coming to support the building of their early stage lab business for £8m ??

I genuinely don't think its worth anything remotely near that - the share price is currently bloated as it stands as i see it

Credit where its due, good find..
No idea then, clearly its two separate legal entities. Looks to me that Ventures was started AFTER the business in Finland. The CTO representing both entities.

Maybe Satu's plan was to use the UK offshoot to do business here??? who knows, BUT now Suzy has concluded some arrangement direct with Finland. Guess we will know soon enough, should anything come from this, sounds like a storm in a tea cup.

As a side, IF what Jason says is right and Satu is furious, i think Kevin will need to lock the doors and hire a few bouncers at the AGM, we have seen her kick off before.... oh the drama...
