Confirm how much THX have raised and point to me their press release of same or even ANY confirmation anywhere of a placing??? You wont be able to because its utter BS.
There will be NO RNS tomorrow of same and further, THX do not need to raise cash for this as they have the IP anyway.

My view stands that VAL ideally need to raise £2.4m before the end of this year for a 12 mth cash runway.

IF it gets supported my view is £1m at 3.0p and £2m at 1.5p IF investors will support for a working capital raise.

Meanwhile; you will get an RNS on the lab launch shortly and i suspect you will get some lab contract wins, the company will need to make some noise pre placing. But it would need a heck of a lot of lab wins to cover its base costs. The Break Even point is about £2.3m that's a lot of lab business.

Based on CENKOS calculation, with lab work being so labour intensive, 1X Scientist at full capacity can add £175k revenue and £25k bottom line. They have 3. So staff numbers in labs will need to materially increase as more client business won, hence payroll going even higher but as i say they need a heck of a lot of wins.

Its now simply a question of IF VAL can secure placing support or not, that is the burning question here. You ramping about THX getting cash to VAL after 2 years will make no difference but it could encourage a few traders i guess.

Some nutcase brought 200,000 today at 6.3p, must be an existing holder down averaging or someone speculating on a small bounce for profit so they are out there but anyone researched is not going to fall for your ramping nonsense.

They have substantially more clients than valirx. An rns tomorrow or next week is inevitable on theormrx being successful.

In that case @JasonPugh we can look forward to an RNS at open tomorrow from VAL confirming that THX has completed funding and is expected to complete on 201 shortly.

VAL are hardly going to sit on news of that nature.

Frankly, i think you are full of sh@t and you are trying a mini pump, in order to try and sucker a few in before you offload the few shares you have prior to their discounted placing due shortly IF they can secure support.

Im happy but sad. Im happy that myself and my fiancée have nearly half mill shares..
Im sad because all other assets locked up in other private equity so cannot buy more as have received news that theormrx are about to release news to the effect that their funding round has been successful not only for 201 but also for “Rowe Price Associates, primecap management company, Fidelity Management & research co…”
Amongst others. A substantial amount raised. DYOR 👌

well the two full time rampers on the PYC board will keep posting anything including that the VAL THX deal will be worth millions to PYC - when in reality IF a miracle came and the £1.3m paid to VAL (which wont happen anyway) they would see just 6% ie £78k. Frankly, its worth the square route of FA

As for excitement over grants, give me strength, you don't value a business on if it can get a free grant or not. I dread to think how many applications across the entire EU continent will be applying especially as we are in a major biotech funding drought.

As for genius at getting grants, yes, they are also veterans at raising placing cash.

I take it your recent ramping is down to the fact that you have taken a punt on a few shares???? lets hope the lab opening news and a couple of non specified value lab wins helps lift the share price for you to get out at profit before the 2p placing lands in the next few weeks - clock ticking

Do some fundamental analysis on this horizon. Then read the Financial times. Bbc. Sky mews and Gov.uk. Its immense news. Mark eccleston whos on the Valirx scientific board is a genius at getting grants. This synergy with lab contracts has changed my view considerably on the probability of a placing. Even the investors in physiomics feel that success for valirx will trickle into physiomics. This is massive news. Imho. 👌

Look @JasonPugh I’m not sure what I make of a CEO posting a tweet saying “fantastic News” and then later saying she was referring to Horizon but her marketing team forgot to add the Horizon link

Each to their own but come on, yes a Europeans grant fund opening is positive for the sector, not specifically that VAL would get anything this year. Meanwhile the die hards interpret that sort of tweet as meaning some fantastic news on 201 could land when it’s clearly not the case

With the horizon news yesterday can confirm that mark eccleston (on the scientific advisory board for valirx) will be applying for grants for valirx (wouldn’t tell me how much but he said this was really good news for bio)
In my view with this and lab revenue the chances of a placing have diminished considerably. 👌 DYOR

LMOL - we will see, once the boiler room leave it will be back in the 1.4p - 1.8p range, come end of the financial year the new CEO will want to place and award himself options at the placing level suspect 1p again,

As a business the new appointment is great and business recovering but they need 600k of revenue assuming costs similar and recent award was 125k the other one unstated. So YES moving in right direction but will need that bit more cash.

Next placing is the one possibly to back for sure if it demonstrates clear route to profitability. Good luck

P&D cycle over at PYC closing shortly. The AIM market is becoming more and more like a casino by the day. If anyone actually did any research into PYC they would quickly see they need about £600k of new invoiced revenue to break even before another capital raise. A win of £125k helps and a good start but nowhere near enough. Not enough to justify a doubling of its market value in two days.
Still the 1p placers wont be complaining that's for sure, nice work if you can get it, timing is everything.
